The apartment is very nice, with a lot of space, modern and clean. The view from the balcony is amazing. It is a really enjoyable place!
Right in front of the building is already the beach, parkings are around and always available. A little supermarket is just around the corner and a few steps more to arrive in the center, with all the restaurants, bakeries, bars and shops.
People are very friendly, we felt always very welcomed, thanks a lot for everything.

Sarti offers a beach that includes rocky and deeper areas to the North and more shallow entries to the South. There are calm days, but usually there is surf, and often it is quite wavey. There are, however, great other beach options nearby if you have a car. Ten minutes North is Orange beach which I cannot recommend enough (think water like Elafonissi beach on Crete or even the Caribbean -- granted the water is cooler). Twenty minutes south is Kalamitsi beach which is sheltered and will be much calmer than Sarti when the NorthEast winds are blowing.
Dining in Sarti can be hit or miss. I would recommend Kotsaris, on the beach at the North end. We had consistantly great meals there.

Monassu beach is one of the most organized but it is too expensive. They only offer sunbeds and sun umbrellas for different prices but nothing special other than that. There are stones at the entrance to the sea,not sand.

A place which in the past was an old fishing village and which has now developed, turning into a beautiful tourist resort.
There are many shops near the accommodation and many restaurants with traditional food, but also food from international cuisine, including fast food.
You can get to Sarti by car, or by renting cars or scooters.
I can't give details about the local transport, because I didn't use it.

Sarti is a lovely quiet village in the off season (end of April), when some good restaurants and bars are already open. Next to a beautiful sandy and clean beach. Some of the most beautiful beaches in Halkidiki are located near Sarti.
Ladario Studios has the best location in Sarti! The small isolated beach is a dream, quiet, perfect sand, perfect for a swim. We were here 8-12 Jun, not so crowded and comfortable for relaxing.
We were on the ground floor of the house, we would get out of the room and we were straight on the beach. The room was extremely clean and stocked with towels, some kitchen ware, and toilet paper, AC. We had everything we needed for a simple vacation.
The hosts were beyond kind and welcoming, attentive to our needs but also valued our privacy.
I loved the place, the best place I ever stayed, if I could....I would give it 10 stairs! The owener Anna went out of her way to make our stay exceptional! I would love to come back again! Very generous, kind and loved the presents and the way she took care of us, in every detail! I highly recomend this place! You have a wonderful view with your own private beach! The food in the area is great too!

The location is great, very close to the beach and the main street which is very crowded, but at the same time the hotel is quiet situated on the back street. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming people who always try to help and give you the information we needed. The room, sheets and towels are clean and neat, but if you need a daily housekeeping you let the host know in the morning, otherwise there is none. We had a great week in Sarti.
Agni on the Beach Hotel is a family business, Agni and her boys taking care of everything, being the nicest host for every tourist. Rooms are very clean and spacious, with comfortable bed and new furniture. Bathroom is cleaned every day. Hotel is close to the beach - within a walking distance. On the beach you may find the hotel beach bar and sunbeds. For my family, this hotel is always the first choice when in Sarti (6 times already).
The studios are recently refurbished, big size, in a new building. Well located, in the heart of the lovely Sarti, near restaurants, markets and the beautiful beach in front of Mt. Atos. I didn't have the opportunity to enjoy the marvelous roof that was to be arranged during my staying. Giulie, the host, was exceptional and takes care of you in an incredible way giving you tips and asking daily for your needs! My days here were amazing!
The hotel location is across the beach, the beach is also very nice (nice sand, clear water and you have a beautiful view across on the Athos mountain)

The place is perfectly located near Sarti center and beaches. The staff was extremely polite, the studio was impeccably clean. Everything is new and well maintained. Breakfast was delicious and by request. This place is a little paradise. Highly recommended! If it wasn't booked for the whole summer, we were going to came back the very next weekend despite the big distance from our home in Bulgaria.
This is a small perfect room for 2 people who want to enjoy the greatest summer holiday in Halkidiki.

Located on the hill, you need to walk a little to Sarti beach and city, but on the other hand, from the hill is a wonderful view of the city and the sea, in very quiet area.
Being close to the main road you have fast exit to other fantastic beaches north and south.
Breakfast is also very decent.
I am very satisfied with all! Miss Agni is very nett, pleasant and great person. She can answer to any of your demands and needs. The staff were very nett. The hotel room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was exeptional. The beach is near by, and very god for small kids especialy.

Everything was amazing - nice staff , great location, close to Sarti beach - but a great location for visiting other beaches too , comfy & nice room , very clean , spatious sea-view balcony. We felt amazing and would definitely come back. Moreover, the room and the hotel looked exactly like in the pictures on booking.com.
