Excellent location. The beach was right across the street (the only negative thing i would say as traffic is quite heavy, so extra caution is taken with smaller children, cant let them cross on their own). The beach bar is also part of the Kasta brand so as guests of the hotel we got reserved spots on the beach. The beach gets a lot of people, but it doesnt feel crowded. Restaurant was extremely good, one of the best along the strip. Buffet breakfast was modest but also very tasty. Hotel staff were very friendly and attentive to needs. All facilities in the room worked perfectly without issue. The hotel is located on a smaller street so parking around it is limited, but there are plenty of spaces across the street closer to the beach, just need to get there in time before the crowds. Also Mondays (till 15:00) there is a bazaar at the parking lot, so cars can get blocked in. Otherwise everything was perfect, definitely recommend.

After reading the only review in Booking.com (2 stars), I was concerned. But the hotel is actually very nice, clean and looked after. The person who was doing night shift, was very friendly and welcoming. This is hard to come across nowadays in Greece, so I was pleasantly surprised.

Our stay was nothing short of delightful. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the beach and restaurants. The room was cleanand well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities to ensure a pleasant stay. The view is amazing. The location is perfect - seafront and next to restaurants and shops. The appartment is cosy and well-furnished with all the amenities needed. The private parking space and the washing machine are a big plus. Our host Dimi is the best - he made us feel welcome since the first day and took care of everything we needed. A geniunly nice guy.
