We stayed here several times before and we will return for sure. The staff is friendly and always eager to help. Rooms are spacious and clean. Sheets are changed every other day. Breakfast has multiple options one can choose from. We liked Antonio Beach nearby, which is within walking distance (15min).

The road to Potos is amazing, the location is beautiful, the hosts are excellent, but the local authorities do not seem to care too much to preserve the traditional places or local architecture. The streets are destroyed and full of dust, many houses or buildings are in ruins.
The beaches are small and crowded, too small for the number of tourists from the city.
On the other hand, there are very good restaurants (Poseidon, Irene, etc), where the food is very fresh, big size, and the services pretty good.
All in all is good. The local hosts and good restaurants make the difference.

I can only say I've made a good choice. Potos has good tavernas, nice beach with good beach bars. Enough entertainment for the kid and us adults.
I would not necessarily recommend the two most busy taverna's: Irene and Poseidon. The food was a bit close to mediocre in both locations. At Irene's I liked the cheese dip and the tomato soup. From Poseidon nothing stood up. Don't get me wrong, the food is ok the service is fast -- almost to fast. At Irene's you feel like in a train station and the stuffs runs all over like 'headless chickens'... it's like in an McDo... but with home meals.
I hope they finish the road works in Potos for the next season. There was a lot of dust.

Very nice place. Lots of flowers everywhere. Extremely tasty food almost everywhere. We recommend Taverna Laskarina. The most delicious seafood we have ever eaten!
Lots of playgrounds for kids.
We did not like the fact that cars pass everywhere. There is no street only for pedestrians. Its very hard to find parking space especially when you have a big car. Very busy traffic on weekends.

What is absolutely insane? The whole city and the beach are "HAUNTED" by stray cats. These cats are very bold... without any fear - they steal your food from the plate...

Quite a few places to eat and some nightlife (given that we went at the end of season and during the pandemic) - Irene tavern being the most well known but also extremely busy at all times.
Out favourite beach was crystal blue - very clean, nice water, beautiful sunsets.

Potos, same like other all cities in Thassos is a good place to go for relax,
Is good to choose to stay there because from Potos you can go to visit left or right side of island because city is palaced on the oposite side of Limenas.
Location was of the hotel was far away from the loud crazy day of the town, but close enough to walk to the center to enjoy your evening out. Hotel was peaceful enjoy your book by the pool or evening drink on your own patio. It has a kitchenette with pretty much all the amenities you may have needed. My husband and I definitely enjoyed our stay. Owners were very nice and there if you needed anything.
Potos is a very good basecamp for exploring the island and our room was close to supermarkets, souvenirs, good affordable restaurants and very close from dreamy popular beaches and traditional villages up in the mountains.
Our room was clean, quiet, eqquiped with everything we needed for 4 nights.
Nikos was an amazing host, thank you for letting us eat fruits from the garden!
The receptionist was very helpful. The sea and the beach is very nice. Hotel is near the beach. İt's not crowded so much. Rooms are clean, furniture is new. The Brakfast was good. there are 2 parking areas. One is the main parking area inside the hotel and in front of the hotel and the beach area. The rooms were the same as I saw here. If I come again I will stay here again.
A very nice hotel with a beautiful view, just outside Potos, 5 minutes walk to a beach with shallow waters, perfect for kids. The room was cleaned every other day, fresh towels and sheets. I give a 10 plus for the entire hotel staff, they were very warm and kind people, always smiling and willing to help you with whatever you needed.
The host Maria was wonderful, very comunicative and polite, she helped us with everything that we needed.
The location is excellent, 1min walking to the beach in the main street of Potos.
The accommodation is extra, everything is new and very comfortable.

It was just perfect. I don't give a 10 on Booking just like that (i actually never do that, it's a first!). The location is in the second row of buildings, close to everything. The host was just wonderful and friendly. The apartament is new and clean or just perfect for our family.
Superb breakfast!!! The best one I’ve ever had and I travelled a lot around the globe! Hosts were extremely friendly and location couldn’t be better - you’re in the heart of Potos and everything (including the beach) is just few steps away! Definitely will come back again!
A space for relaxation, quiet, very nice villas with nice interior design and terraces , very nice yard with pools and vegetation. Nice hosts, they will make you feel welcomed. Property has parking and is at 10 minutes walking distance to the Potos beach and restaurants.

Really friendly host, he gave us direction when our car battery died so we changed it in the mechanic shop. Very clean apartment and it was cleaned regularly. The rooms are a decent size. Accommodation is close to some nice beaches.
Location is great, in the middle of Potos, also very quiet place for resting. Two couples staying in an two rooms apartment and it was so sufficient, awesome actually. Landlords are the best that I met in my whole life.
This hotel deserves more than 2 stars. It is family friendly and great for kids. We enjoyed our stay with 2 year old girl. Thanks to the stuff and specially to Fiori receptionist who was really helpful and kind.
