Excellent service and location Shops everywhere. For me service is important. I only need a room to sleep. I’m out all day. Alex made my stay so welcoming. It is a family run hotel. My ocean views and watching the ferries come in from my balcony was awesome. Recommend SERENITA for dining excellent service. Grilled octopus to die for. Don’t go for restaurants with ushers outside to lure you in. Choose your own. These restaurants ushers smile and get you seated and there the service ends 😟

Perfect place to stay in Poros. The apartment was lovely. Airy, comfortable, with a lot of natural light and great sea view. The hosts pay great attention to details and you have all you could possibly need. Great bakery and supermarket near by, down the road which takes you fast to the nearest beach. Taxi to the Port costs around 6 euro.

An authentic Greek town , with lots of bars and restaurants at the port. Beaches were very overcrowded . For me it had a rustic charm but I prefer Spetes and Hydra island. I don’t think I will visit again

Poros is wonderful island covered with lush green vegetation...
Poros is wonderful island covered with lush green vegetation. The main town is beautiful with many tavernas and shps by the port.
There are a few beaches though and the Monastiri is the best by far. The water is clean and the surrounding area is wonderful with pine forest and Monastery above it.
The problem is that, althogh there should be a law in Greece which does not allow beach bars and other concessions to occupy more then 50% of beach area, it was not obeyed at all. The whole beach area is covered by umbrellas and sun beds, which was particularly annoying on Love bay and Monastiri beach. Also, a big minus for the island is broken sewerage pipes affecting the Neorio area as well as the Love bay, Russian dockyard which are considered as the best beaches on the island. This is unacceptable by any neans and must be addressed immediately.

First impression on arrival was that I wasn’t staying long enough! Spent hours wondering around the labyrinth of quaint streets, fabulous restaurants and tavernas, fantastic with all the yachts and ships moored up, some lovely beaches and all within walking distance.
I was having a trip around Peloponneso and I decided to stop in Poros. Honestly I never regret this apartment choice!
Staff super kind (the owner, Mr. Anastasiou, was speaking italian so the communication was the easiest).
Position very good because It's 5 minutes away from Askeli beach, one of the best of the island, by walk.
Kitchen and living room with big space, 2 more persons can sleep in the apartment.
Totally recommended!
Location is beautiful and accomodation provided is all you need for a great stay. Great supermarket next door and lovy restaurants within walking distance that wont disappoint. The water taxi into town is nearby and costs just £2 euro .We also hired a bike and toured the island, finding some real gems, like Paradiso o hilltop.
Kostis is helpful and works hard to provide for his guests.
The hotel has a very nice view to the island of Poros and also very close to a nice beach bar with for additional cost (20-30 EUR). The staff is really nice and helpful. We liked the pool area as well, which was very relaxing.
A very nice hotel within a walking distance from the port and nearby the Paralia Mikro Neorio beach that overlooks Poros. Well-equipped and clean. The owner and staff are very friendly!
