We stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks and had a wonderful time and experience. Don’t be fooled by its 3* rating as the standard and service you get is definitely 5*. The owners - Lazaros & Irina - take care of your every needs from start to finish priding themselves on good quality food and high hygiene standards. With only a maximum of 20 guests to cater for their emphasis is on attentiveness and satisfaction and nothing is ever too much. They are very friendly and approachable. The rooms are of good standard and kept spotless and the food is always cooked fresh to order. Lazaros in particular prides himself on fresh daily fish which he is always happy to show you in his daily tour of the kitchen. The breakfasts are of continental style and plentiful but it’s never too much for Lazaros to personally rustle up some cooked eggs and bacon. The location of the hotel is great too with only a short 2 minute walk to the resort promenade which has some lovely beaches, great views and lots of cafes, shops, bars and restaurants, although I would add it’s a relaxed promenade rather than a rowdy one so more suited to couples or young families. We would not hesitate to stay here again

Everything was perfect; very friendly staff, reasonable prices. Restaurant offered us free dessert or drink sometimes. Also, a rare example, there was courtesy room to lock your bags and take shower after check in time, therefore, we could enjoy also last day properly.

An arm's length from the beach. Very clean hotel. The towels were changed every day, the sheets were changed on the third day. Very smiling and friendly staff. Rich breakfast and at convenient times. Dog friendly, my lovely chihuahua felt great.In the evening with the windows open it is a bit noisy as the hotel is on a busy street, but with the windows closed the noise disappears. I did not like the noisy presence of certain guests, who on the beach and on the wonderful terrace did not stop cramming themselves with beer, chips and others from the store, I wonder why they allow them.
However, the hotel offers drinks as well as snacks.
I would gladly return to the hotel with the sunniest staff -Summer Beach Hotel

Very very dirty beaches, crowded beaches covered with sunbeds without the possibility of free access. Sun Fish Tiki bar on the beach is the dirtiest of all, garbage literally piles up between the sunbeds
Plus: sea water, food, beach bars (Cocones), tavernas (La Flegra, George, En Plo).
Minus: narrow beach, crowded (in july), damaged ugly pavement on some streets.
Tip: for weekend make reservation for sunbeds the day before.

Polychrono is a lovely village with one of the nicest promenades in halkidiki, with a great variety of places to eat and drink - many with tables on the beach itself. Lovely atmosphere - relaxed and friendly. Great for families and couples who enjoy spending their evenings walking the promenade, a nice meal and chilling with a drink or two in beautifully decorated bars.
Much better beaches to be had in halkidiki, but polychrono beach is typical of many town beaches in halkidiki. You definitely need a car to explore the area - afitos was nearby and is a stunning village and makes for a great evening out. Sani beach is stunning and possidi is worth a visit.

The place is perfect for a family vacation with small kids, it is quiet, the beach and water are perfect, and there are several markets close by wherever your apartment is located. Doctor of Hunger is a great place to eat at. :)

We had really a great experience at the nice and friendly family hotel. It was clean and very good value. You should ask the family for beach and food recommendations. Really great holidays! Wish it would have been longer :-)
We loved the space, the style, the furniture, EVERY single detail was carefully picked and top-notch. They clean it every day, towels are so soft, sheets as well. It's luxurious as the best possible hotel, but with the home-like privacy and intimacy.
Also very important: they are responsive and trouble-shoot immediately.
On top of everything, micro-climate of the ground floor is unbelievable, we didn't turn on the AC because we didn't have to! Sound insulation was amazing, as well.
Just one fabulous suite. Highly recommended.
Even before coming to the hotel we had good communication with the host and he personally meet us when we arrived. Hotel is in a great location, just beside the main road and couple of minutes away from the beach. The room was tidy and spacious, and the kitchen was equipped with everything you might need during your stay. The pool was big, clean and there were always free sunbeds under umbrellas. Also the AC was free of charge. Even thought there were families with small children in apartments next to ours it was quiet.
The location is amazing, everything is close: restaurants, beaches, stores. Didn't have difficulties with check it. Stephanie is amazing and made everything that she could to make us comfortable. If you want to visit Kassandra, then I highly recommend visiting Polychrono and staying at Araliki.
There is also a private and secured parking space, but it's 5 min by walk from the hotel. For us, it wasn't difficult to walk it.
This was a family holiday and Zephros met the expectations. Located on the hills of Kassadria of Chalkidiki, in the middle of olive orchards on the slopes, with a beautiful sea view. Very friendly hosts accomodating for every request (eg washing machine use for family "emergencies". Nice swimming pool for kids. Clean, all that was needed was there.
One of the best hotels I ever stayed in!! The hotel was brand new and very clean. Meri Leka and the other staff made sure our stay was exceptional. I definitely recommend you to visit the hotel. It had everything you could think of from the bar, to the pool and everything you can think off. We also got free wine in our room. It was perfect!
Central location and friendly staff. I was hesitant to book the hotel with a non refundable, pay in advance policy, especially when I had issues booking a hotel in a similar location but it turned out to be far better than I had expected. The room was large, clean, all amenities included and very comfortable for a long term stay.
The Apartment was good for the one night we stayed. The breakfast was better than we expected for the relatively low price. Polychrono is for our taste the best location on Kassandra and the Apartment is not even 100 meters from the beach and the promenade, breakfast is served in the hotel directly at the promenade and beach.

Family run hotel with 10 rooms, 20 guests maximum. If you need real rest from work and calm area, this is perfect place. Extremely clean and nicely arranged.

The hotel is decorated in a "simple" traditional village style which immediately takes you away from bustling cities. And of course warm rather shallow sea with mostly sand bottom. Small and rather clean sandy beach is about 3 min to go from your room in the hotel.
Great Location.Breakfast is better than many other hotel's in greece,Creete,or Cyprus.
Bathroom ( shower) are better than every place in Greece.Personnel it's kind and helpful.

Everything was so beautiful, the room, the balcony, the pool, tasty breakfast, family friendly place. The hotel is close to the beach and you have sun beds on the beach. Also you have grocery shop close to the hotel, restaurants…
What an amazing boutique hotel. The pool outside is so refreshing, and the beach bar feels like a real luxury. The food at the restaurant was delicious and a real treat. I had a truly unforgettable time !
