The staff were very friendly and full of smiles. On arrival, we had a large litre of water waiting in our room. On check-in, were told to call them anytime for assistance. Paid extra for a sea view and the glad we did. :-)
Drinks were excellent at the bar. Breakfast was plentiful and adequate for our needs. The mini mart on site was handy, as was the regular half hourly bus service to town, with stops to more busy beaches further up.
The grounds and pool were excellent and very clean, with plenty of sun beds, tables and chairs. Although the hotel is slightly remote from the hustle and bustle, we chose it for a quiet stay.
We really enjoyed spending time on the beach and snorkelling in the water, with plenty of fish to see. The whole beach caters for everyone, even those who like some naturistism. Would stay here again.

Lovely views from our paradise villa! Stunning location off the main road so it’s nice and quiet. The beach is only a few steps away. Perfect few days of total relaxation, lots of swimming, a bit of goggling and some delicious food from the taverna down the road next to the supermarket. Stefanos the host was so helpful - he organised a hire car for us and he even ran us down to the supermarket when we arrived. He also recommended great places to have dinner and cocktails nearby.

The breakfast was great, the location is absolutely superb. You are right on the beach and there are lots of lovely restaurants in walking distance. The bus stop for the local bus which can take you further along the Plaka Beach and/or into Naxos town, is also close by. A place that hires out all kinds of water sports equipment, as well as, for example, windsurfing lessons, is walking distance away. A wonderful place to relax. The staff were also attentive, friendly and efficient.

The peace, tranquility and quiet, the fact that we had our own pool, and that nothing was a problem/issue at all. The staff were very friendly and whilst they really looked after us, they also left us to it. Beautiful scenery, a 20 minute walk to the beach, an excellent place to recharge your batteries in quiet luxury.

The pool, sun lounges, and buffet breakfast were amazing. My room includes a small jacuzzi on the balcony over looking the pool which was very luxurious. The bed was comfy and the TV allowed you to sign into your own Netflix / Prime accounts for those times when you just needed to chill. Location on Plaka beach was fantastic for me to access the restaurants and beaches I wanted. There was a bus stop 200m from the hotel with a QR code that provides the information in English and timetables for those that want to explore more of the island without using a car / scooter.
Free transfers to and from port were really appreciated.

From the warm welcome we received from Xristos and his family; the Greek coffee he made us each morning; the delicious cake baked by his wife for us every day; the happy sounds of his family; the lovely apartment (basic but perfectly acceptable and all you need for a beach holiday); the cleaning and fresh towels every day; the excellent location and easy walking distance to the beach, supermarket and restaurants; to the car hire Xristos easily arranged for us; to Xristos driving us into Naxos Town on our last day - a wonderful stay at Keti Kapri. Highly recommend.

Location perfect staff very lovley friendy it makes that place the staff brilliant .Free water bottles in room and on beach ..Breakfast good choices ,was only for guess which was nice touch ,The sun beds in front was for the guess only nice , Hot tube waste off time small couldn't get in it to height and so cold tiny We were in room One it wasn't private as it over the restrant toilets people in and out day night and the kitchen was underneath aswell people running up and down with food and water ice buckets for the beach sun beds .The room well there no wardrobe ,dressing table, or a cupboards, or to put the towels No where to put suit cases yes it's a big room but I think bad design for basic things you want when on hoilday in a room as that's £400 pounds a nite 5 star I cant see how the room justified £400 when there were so many empty hotels couldn't understand really cheap as we saw when there so look around We do feel ripped off with that room Five nights a lot off money

beautiful long beach with a couple of naturist section. You can either rent sunbeds and umbrellas for 10/15 euros or not. I might be windy some days and the water is quite cold, but all in all is a wonderful beach where from admire beautiful sunsets. There are a lot of tabernas, bars and supermarket along the road, one better than the other. Very very pleasant stay!

A beautiful sunny paradise. Fabulous restaurants and bars just across from the beaches where loungers and umbrellas await your relaxation pleasure.
The bus to other lovely beaches, shopping areas, town and ferry port are a short walk on the road along the beachfront, every half hour.
Sunsets are spectacular.
Only negative was that it was unusually windy when I was there.

Sadly ours was only a 2 night stay between islands, but we will definitely return. Naxos is a lovely, friendly island with endless Greek charm. It has not been spoiled like other parts of Greece as it is quieter and more relaxed.
Paradiso restaurant was nice and has a section on the beach under a beautiful tree full of lights.
Naxos town is beautiful - day and night. Walk and take a look at the Portara famous landmark. Call at Aviation wine bar for fabulous nighttime rooftop views.
Bus from Plaka takes 30 minutes and runs about every 30-60 minutes. It is only a few euros each way.
The pool was excellent. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and varied for all tastes. It is very close to Plaka beach, so that was also very nice. It is a family-friendly resort. We stayed one night as the villa we booked wouldn't be available until the next night and it was comfortable. I anticipated a sort of basic, 3 star resort style ibiza accommodation, but it was much, much better than that. Super clean, friendly staff, guests were nice and respectful, too. A great place to stay in Naxos.
It is a beautiful hotel and very well located, you have a beautiful beach with very comfortable lounge chairs across the street. Numerous restaurants along the street and 20 minutes drive by car to chora. Dunes hotel has everything you need, excellent breakfast, big modern spacious rooms with rain shower and a gorgeous pool area. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they will do anything possible to accommodate you. I would definitely stay at the dunes hotel again.
Wonderfull family owned hotel with the owners always around to give you some helpful advice about things to do and where to eat on the island! The rooms are new with great functioning AC witch was much needed on the hot days we were there.
The location is also great next to the beach but far enough to be away from traffic and within a short drive to the Chora of Naxos.
All round excellent, greatly recommend booking here!

The breakfast was amazing and homemade, and they gave us a complimentary bottle of wine for our anniversary. Lots of restaurants nearby. Easy to get to via bus from Naxos Town. Good wifi. Luggage storage and bathroom access after checking out. Was able to borrow beach towels.
Excellent and friendly staff who were very helpful. The hotel was very clean, it has a nice garden around which helped make it feel more private. The pool was fantastic and the area quiet. The breakfast was great each morning. It was very close to the beach and it was easy to get into Naxos by bus/car. Highly recommended and I'd love to return!
We had an amazing time at Cosmos Hotel. Great location, only 3 minutes walking from the popular Plaka beach where the sea was warm even during October. Excellent location just a small walk from Plaka beach. For first timers to Naxos, renting a car to get around is highly recommended. Host was exceptional with awesome suggestions for local attractions and things to do. Would definitely stay here again for a longer period of time.

Newly opened family run hotel right a Plaka Beach. Upon arrival we were greeted with fresh fruit and Softdrinks in the fridge. Some facilities are not finished yet (e.g. pool, restaurant...) But you have a lot of options nearby.

Place is in a great location, front of plaka beach (most beautiful beach in Naxos imo). Very clean and quite. Host was extremely friendly. Very close to a super market and the bus station. I would go back without doubt!
