This hotel really is "on the beach" with a beautiful outlook from the restaurant and the pool and its' own beach loungers on the beach which is fantastic to swim from. The food was very good and the staff very friendly. My husband's back can be tricky and the bed was a little firm for him but the lady cleaning the room was very helpful in getting us an additional mattress topper.

Amazing. When I backpacked thru Greece for a month in college from Germany, I stayed in cheap places and looked longingly on opulent hotels with beachfront views. Now, 38 years later, I was able to return to Greece and the Corfu Palace Hotel was a high point of our trip. The location is amazing, w/ panoramic views of the Bay, Corfu Strait, the Albanian mountains, and the Old Fortress. The views are spectacular from the breakfast room, pool, and each room with a private balcony! Plus, the hotel is an easy walk from the Old Fortress and Old City and countless restaurants and shops. The breakfasts were delicious, with a combo of Greek and western dishes. The waitstaff were friendly and attentive, and Thomas in the breakfast room was our favorite! The rooms were spacious and the ambiance amazing!
Telesilla Hotel provides accommodations and creates a unique and memorable experience for guests, welcoming them into a warm family atmosphere.

The location was good. We rent a car to drive to the city and to explore the island. The hotel was perfect, the rooms were in the right size and the shower was amazing. The staff were very friendly, the pool area was gorgeous, i lost my earring inside the pool and the staff & people arong helped me get it out. Big menu for dinner and good vibes in the bar in the evening. and a nice intimet breakfest. Overall was a really good stay.

We decided to base ourselves in Pelekas because of its vicinity both to Corfu town and to the beaches. However, the way back from the beach to the village is very steep and not convenient for children and older people. The beautiful village could be a lot nicer if traffic would be banned, since the streets are very narrow.

Our room had clearly not been renovated for the past 30+years, with broken tiles everywhere badly patched with glue/silicon (arguably a health and safety hazard), a bed with more broken springs than those still working (we slept only a few hours, if any), a shower that at peak usage time would get lukewarm at best (we called reception and they sent through a handy man at around 7pm who said it is usual for them to run out of hot water when everyone at the hotel is having showers, but it would usually come back in the next 2/3 hours). Also, our room was next to the large outdoor aircon units which were incredibly loud and they were blowing air upwards/towards our balcony (major covid risk), hence why we couldn't even make use of the one positive aspect of the hotel.
Also, there was a general smell of sewage throughout the facility, including our bathroom, which became unbearable at "peak shower times".
The all-inclusive package (there was no à la carte restaurant, shut due to Covid, even though the description on Booking is clearly talking of a second à la carte restaurant) was absolutely below expectations. We stayed at other 5-star hotels in Corfu a couple of nights before and after (we only experienced one dinner and one breakfast as we ran away ASAP) and the food at both was just miles ahead. To provide one simple example, the cut-up fruit provided was all canned (in syrup) fruit, as opposed to freshly cut fruit (provided at both other 5-star hotels). Also, for drinks there was only water, fizzy drinks, house wine and house beer all from a self-service tap - for anything else from a menu, you would need to prepay the tab on your room, which could only be done at reception (which is something I had never heard of/experienced before for anything above 3-stars!), which was a 10 min walk up from the restaurant.

Pelekas is not, as such, the target of a trip but if you like family beach it is totally suitable for you ; if you like family naturism the beaches are very nice at Mirtitiossa (15 mn) or Issos (40 mn) ; if you like geographic tourism Pelekas is central !

If you go to Pelekas I really recommend to rent a boat on Ermones beach, you will have an unforgettable experience, People are warm and friendly. Go to Aqualand, a great water park but make sure to go there for a whole day. 3 hours will not be enough! Go spend some cool time at Villa Myrto!
If you come to this area without a car, you will be sorry. A car is a MUST have!!

Beautiful village.
Beautiful village. We prefer somewhere less touristy and Pelekas was perfect. I am sure corona virus may have effected how busy the village was but I don’t think the charm would be lost if it was busier. Lovely selection of tavernas to enjoy dinner and we enjoyed some beautiful Greek wine and cocktails at the small little bar next to the church in the centre. Great rooftop terrace not to be missed. I would recommend a car to reach the beaches. We walked back from the beach one day and once was enough in the heat! Top top, get your sun loungers at Spyros on the beach at Pelekas/Kontogialos beach and don’t miss the calamari Or grilled octopus on the menu for lunch!! Glyfada beach wasn’t a patch on Pelekas, give it a miss. Not to be missed is watching the sunset from Kaisers Throne!! Worth the walk up the hill, grab a beer on the way!!

It's good location as base for trip around Corfu island (not the north part of island, but i think that the central and south part of island is prettier), only 20 minutes by car to the Kerkyra, a lot of beaches on west coast.
We visited a lot of tavernas - for examples Staurodromi - very good meal, very kind staff.
Very peaceful surrounding near Pelekas. The garden is nice and well kept. The apartment was also clean. If you like a quiet place far from the city noises then this is the best choice. Also Corfu city is easy to reach by car as it is not very far from it. Me and my kids had a great time there. The host are also very friendly and caring. As we arrived in the middle of the night, I have asked them to do some basic food shopping for us and it was no problem.
Amazing location, close to sand beach, room comfortable, amazing staff. This family hotel has own atmosphere, you can find there your own space, terrace, corner... what do you want.
Every day typical greek breakfast, possibility to have fresh "catch of the day" for lunch or dinner.
If you like movie "Mamma Mia" you must love this place. We love it :-)
Beautiful little hotel in Pelekas! The room was really comfortable with a perfect balcony. The breakfast was amazing. The hosts were really nice. In the last day, we left at 5 am to the airport and they left us a take away breakfast in the fridge of our room. They also organised us a rented car on the day in which we arrived. The location is also nice.
The location above Pelekas provided panoramic views to east and west coasts. The pool was quite nice as well as the breakfast buffet. Breakfast staff was sweet and helpful although very busy. Bones of building wonderful with great potential for an investor. Guests would be happy to pay more to stay at such a location.
Great lovely host Rali - feeling directly home - beautiful clean swimming pool- big room- front and and back sitting places- busstop for the door - walking distance beaches ( 30 min)- great possible to walk in mountain nature- easy to take a bus to Corfu town- near lindas minimarket- possibilities to cook in studio.
Had a lovely night here whilst walking the Corfu trail. Really good beds and a gorgeous view overlooking the sea. Nikos want super friendly and quick in his replies, we felt very well taken care of.
Also cool: they have grapevines practically on the beach! Wow! Never ever have we seen that before.
the location and the pool are superb. the way individual villas are arranged is excellent - take advantage of the spectacular views but provide privacy. there is even a barbecue if you fancy an outdoor cooking. lovely gardens, really friendly staff. the best place to stay on Corfu.
Yaliskari is a little piece of restoration. Gorgeous relaxing location out of the frenetic tourist trail. Just beautiful scenery, a sandy beach, delicious food, and a great crew at the Tavern. Already dreaming about when I can return, a week wasn't long enough.
Wonderfull location. The hosts were very nice and helped us along the stay. The view was exceptional. Also the room and the facilities were as expected. Nearby beach and restaurant were good. We'll most sure come back :) thanks a lot for the holidays
The beach was great and in general, Corfu offers a wide variaty of places to enjoy the stay. Hotel catering was fine with a wide selection of meals to choose from. WIFI was running well even on the beach. The Hotel staff was polite and helpful.
From the moment we arrived until the second we left, the staff at MPM looked after us so well. The beach is incredible, the sea was wonderful to swim in, our room was fabulous. Lots of food choices and good local wine. We LOVED it!!!
Great location in Pelekas , close to the village's restaurants and bars. 2nd floor room has a view of the sea from the balcony. Restaurant food is good! I would return to that hotel if I come back to visit Pelekas.
Beautiful villa with amazing views. Centrally located to visit all of Corfu. Zoi and her father were so attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you we have fallen in love with Corfu 🥰
Moments from the beach, the view is stunning. Quiet surroundings and very nice people and communication between hosts was excellent. Good size place for single traveller and quick wifi.
Amazing apartment with everything we needed for a good stay on Corfu. Fast internet, parking at the property. Clean apartment, good amenities. Thank you to owner and manager Evi.
Manolo and Michaela are the best people for a trip to Corfu !!
The hotel has a very nice view and is very clean.
The breakfast is also very delicious
100% recommendation
Owner is amazing - responsive, welcoming, attentive but not intrusive and, as she grew up in Pelekas, offers excellent advice on restaurants, activities, etc.
