Great value for money. Clean appartement with AC, TV and balcony. Room was cleaned every day and cleaning lady did better job than other one in hotel in Corfu old town, where we stayed 3 nights. Well stocked supermarket on the ground floor and few steps from bus stop. We highly recommend this place.

The location is great because Paleo can get very busy and Akis is hidden out of the way with no passing traffic. We stayed in the two-bed apartment - both had en-suite showers/toilets and ac which was great. The lounge/kitchen/dining area was large and light with large windows and views of the hills and harbour. There is a little shop for water/snacks and milk 50m away. The beach in front of the apartment is good for snorkelling/fish spotting and the main beach is only 250m away. Our view from the balcony was good and the views from the roof-top terrace (accessed by spiral staircase) were excellent. The person we met on site each day was very welcoming and helpful. Swallows were nesting on the side of the apartment and they were fun to watch. Thank you, we really enjoyed our stay at Akis.
Within 700 metres from Agios Spyridon Beach in Palaiokastritsa, the family-run Paradise Apartments offers self-catering accommodation with free Wi-Fi and balcony.

It covers a large extent of dramatic coastline with a multitude of different beaches each with its own character. Our stay was ideally placed (50m!) to enjoy what must be the best eating experience on the island, Spiros Taverna. We enjoyed a visit to Liapades Beach and several to the friendly laid-back Acapulco Pool Bar, a 5 minute walk from the property. A visit to the Monastery of Agios Spiridon was also the site of the ancient castle which gives Paleokastritsa its name. We spent one day enjoying one of the many boat trips with a beach BBQ and swimming from the boat. All great value and easy to book.

The place is wonderful, water is spectacularly turquoise color, although it was quite cold for me, but other people were swimming quite a lot.
There was possibility to rent a boat and have a ride to nearby caves, but we didn't do it, but would definitely do next time if we will come back.

Absolutely stunning views from our hotel.
Absolutely stunning views from our hotel. Not touristy like the other places we visited. We loved our walk up to the monastery. Some wonderful restaurants nearby. The green bus stop is just across the road for a trip into Corfu town. We ate at Limanis for three nights, and Nicos for one. We hired a car for two days from Friendly Car Rentals.

Its a beautiful spot for relaxing, crystal clear water, really peaceful beaches, no heavy drinking boozy culture- obviously you can drink but its so laid back and theres no loud nightlife and boozy brits. We did lots of hiking into the mountains (up the donkey trail into Lakones), swimming, snorkelling and eating amazing and really reasonably priced food in tavernas. We went into Corfu town, which was great but I would have been happy to spend the whole time just in Paleokastritsa because its beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. Nikos and Dolphin Tavernas were our favorites for food, Yialos for morning coffees on the beach and Kathys supermarket was very well stocked.

This area of Corfu is gorgeous!
This area of Corfu is gorgeous! The water is clear and beautiful! Visit the Monastery to see some relics from the 1600’s and gorgeous views! The Monastry Cafe has beautiful views and a delicious cocktail menu.
Boats are available to rent.
Snorkeling gear is available for rent from the gift shop near the boat ramp. But unfortunately we didn’t see many fish in early May.

Paleocastrica- it’s nothing like picturesque village.
Paleocastrica- it’s nothing like picturesque village. It’s big parking sides with lots of cars and coaches ,very busy
Lots of abandoned ,rusted cars and boats just left on the sides of the road . Paleocastrica it’s a port
where tourists are coming to rent a boats for a day trip
Beaches are small, not clean , very overcrowded. Sea waters are polluted because each beach it’s a station for lots of boats
There is no decent place to eat .
It’s looking beautiful on pictures, but different when you’re there.
Disappointing
The staff is very welcoming and helpful, they even helped us to turn on our rented car when it's battery was dead. The room and all the facilities were very clean. The buffet breakfast was good with variety of options and there's beautiful view of the sea from the dining room. The beach is very nice with easy access from the hotel, but only 9 free sun umbrellas for the hotel guests. The views from the rooms, the swimming pool and the beach bar are really nice. Overall it was a great experience and we had wonderful time in Corfu.
Well equipped and clean apartment, a bit smaller but still enough for 4 people. The air conditioning worked well and the kitchen was also in good condition. The price of the apartment was very reasonable for the island of Corfu and Paleokastritsa, a very interesting place for tourists, with its beautiful nature and beaches. Parking is available in front of the accommodation. Wifi worked well. Friendly owners. Renting an apartment is highly recommended and is sufficient for most not very demanding guests.
Our stay was amazing! The location is great, near to everything we need (beach, supermarket, restaurants,..), a stunning view, a really nice and helpful staff (specially the hostess Maria, always eager to help and extremelyyy friendly) and with really good accommodations!
I totally recommend and if one day we come back to Corfu we’ll definitely come back here! Wish I could have stayed longer
P.s: for the ones who loves cats (like me), there’s always some cute ones ready to keep you some company :)
Fotini was wonderful! She has helped us with everything we needed, since the moment we arrived and received the keys to our room. Firstly, the hotel and room are very clean and very comfortable. The view is wonderful! Everything is organized and convenient. Fotini has organized boat trips for us and have supported us in everything we needed even if it was not related to our stay at her place. It was absolutely amazing! Will be coming there every time when landing in Corfu!
For us it was the best possible accommodation in Corfu - its quiet at night, amazing view, garden, bbq, and everything you can wish for in the apartment. The way to the villa ia a bit more steep than we expected - but it took us only 10 min by footto the beach (and 2 min by car, literally). Supermarket right at the bottom of the hill with the best prices in Paleokastritsa. Overall, we loved our villa and stay in Paleokastritsa. The best location
Property was very close to everything and the bus stop, which made it very easy to get to and from Corfu old town in about 45 minutes. Pool was very clean and the pool area was fun to hang out in, along with the pool bar. The hosts were very friendly, helpful, and nice to talk with. They take care of their guests and have return customers every year. Rooms had A/C and a fridge and stove top. Highly recommend for a stay in Paleokastritsa.
Amazing quiet place, ideal location for other activities. The hotel is run by a friendly, hospitable family who go out of their way to meet your wishes and requirements. We appreciated the nice pool area (for our taste we might have preferred less loud music and more relaxing music, or silence and sound from the sea). A great choice, Corfu is beautiful and this place is worth returning to.
These were the most perfect accomodations! So homey and beautiful! And the host family was so sweet and accomodating and we felt spoiled with their kindness! The apartment is gorgeous and modern and the view is so beautiful it looks fake! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and hope to return some day! This is the most beautiful area of Corfu to stay!
Great value for money for arguably the most beautiful area in Corfu. The greenbus from Corfu town stops near the hotel, so it is €2.40 each way from the airport. Bars and restaurants are a walk away. The room was a good size, with comfortable beds and a balcony facing the sea. The pool area was lovely and never crowded, with a pool bar open until 7pm.
The room was clean and fresh, the view of the beach from the balcony was a great bonus, the location was perfect and just across the road from the beach (less than 1 minute walk), the staff were very helpful and accommodating to our needs and the traditional Greek breakfast was delicious. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to visit corfu.
We have loved our mini holiday in Corfù. Paleokastritsa coast is stunning and our accommodation was very comfortable, clean and the view is AMAZING. We will definitely suggest Akis Apartments to our friends and family as a lovely place to stay. P.S. Mrs Stamatia was very helpful and lovely
Everything about the room and value of the room was perfect. We stayed in a 5* hotel in pelekas too in the same trip that wasn’t as modern as sea view and also didn’t have a sea view. It was also much cheaper. Overall the best value room in all of corfu!
Spiros was very helpful during the stay, helped us with the car rent and bike. Shutled us from airport. Rooms were clean, sheets and towels where changed regulary. Very much recomend the place to stay in Corfu if you whant to have a good time :)
The hotel has an amazing view of the bay. The rooms are cleaned well and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast is good and staff very kind. Beautiful beach right in front of the hotel and great restaurants within walking distance.
It has a pretty entryway & is a 2 minute walk to 3 different beaches & to the hill that goes up to the monastery. There is a nice view from the upstairs bedroom & the upstairs bathroom has been nicely renovated.
