Place was well maintained and clean. A small balcony facing the sea was great. Staff at reception and restaurant were friendly and helpful. The beach is just at the back though lot of pebbles for first 10-15 metres into the water. You got the bus stop for buses going to Chania, Rethimno and Heraklion at about 200m. The road to the bus stop from Hotel is like a service road ( public road ) but no lights.

We had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay, the place is lovely and clean, the hosts are kind and attentive, it’s close to the beach and places of interest, and it was very peaceful. We loved everything about it.

Not only the location to visit the Rethymno region is perfect, the facilities with restaurant and swimming pool, and the room overlooking the mountains ( a real treat in the evening) are excellent.
