Location - The location is great, its clear a lot of effort was put into the place itself, providing spacious green environment accessible by car and close to nearby beaches while feeling private and exclusive.
Amenities - The pool, private beach with floating deck and many sitting areas were perfect.
Restaurant - We only discovered in our last night how talented the chef is, the fish Tartar was supreme - Do not miss on that! enjoying it sitting next to the lit pool paired with a drink was really remarkable and made us wish we tried all the menu before.
Staff - special kudos to Nikos! he set example of the general friendliness and helpfulness of the entire staff.

The villas were beautiful, exactly like in the photos, with brand new kitchenware and facilities, as well as speakers with BT in every house. There was Domino and card games, and even yoga mats in each house. Our hosts were very responsive and sweet, we communicated through Viber.
There was some potential misunderstanding around a deposit in the beginning but they were polite and considerate and we sorted it out very quickly. On the last day, since we had booked all the villas on the property, and it was raining for 90% of our stay with our checkout day as the only sunny one, they were kind enough to let us stay a couple of hours more to sunbathe by the pool! We had a fantastic time, thank you!

Nice place with great beaches nearby. Definitely enjoyed every minute of our holiday. Nice bakery shops, many stores that you can buy pretty much eveything you need.
The beaches we visited are Mega Portokali and Paradise Kavourotripes. Both are sooo nice. Very clear sea, very niece beaches.

Wouldn't go back to Nikiti. Overcrowded in the season, can be a hell to park in the evenings and doesn't have anything special to offer. Typical greek tourist place. The beach is okay but not great.

The town has been rebuilt, there is no lighting, many potholes and bad streets, there are no parking spaces in the center. It's very crowded. Many people, serious traffic jams when entering and exiting. Damage to the car from the potholes. Its advantages are that there are many places to stay, small hotels and several restaurants. Main advantage - close to many nice beaches. Sithonia is lovely, but I miss the tranquility of Mount Athos. It's packed with people and that leads to difficult food reservations, slow check-in and check-out, and other inconveniences.

Dimitra is incredibly welcoming and attentive. Her hospitality and dedication to ensure a pleasant stay make you feel right at home.
Very good location, providing easy access to nearby attractions. Whether you're exploring Sithonia, Halkidiki or other parts of Greece, or heading to the beach. We also really enjoyed the calm and the proximity to nature.
The separate shower for rinsing off sand and saltwater and having a parking spot in the shade are great additional features.

Beautiful house with a lovely garden and the best hosts. It looks much better than in the pictures. Very clean and comfortable, located in a quiet area very close to the centre of Nikiti. The nearest beach is very nice, sandy and shallow - perfect for kids.
The hosts were amazing - they prepared home-made cake for us, jam and liquor.

Extremely kind, helpful and communicative hosts Maria and Angelo; very comfortable newly renovated appartment of good size and with a nice sunny terrace; very comfortable bed (most beds in Greece are too hard for me, but this one was perfect); everything very clean; quiet location some 10 minutes walking along the beach to the main street of Nikiti; Wonderful price-quality ratio!
The hotel is perfect. It is very clean, very close to the beach (5-6 minutes walk), the rooms are big and comfortable. The staff is very kind, the rooms are cleaned every day. You have as compliment coffee and tea every day. The rooms on the first floor are great with big French windows, just open and you are in the nice garden with pools and sunbeds, or just sit infront. .
The hotel is 2 steps away from the beach, with a great laid back vibes, there are plenty of restaurants within a very short walking distance, the room was nicely furnished and the bed was comfortable. We especially liked the hotel personnel, which was always extremely friendly and helpful. Aaand we learned that early Oct in Nikiti has a great potential of being amazing :)
The location is perfect just 5 min stroll to Nikiti beach or the heart of town for many shops and restaurants. It’s a boutique hotel very new facilities with a great pool. The place is great for families for relaxation between the small trips to the beaches around Nikiti. It offers you exactly what is mentioned in the hotel description and even more. The rooms are modern, spatious, with a great design and facilities. The staff is very friendly and offers good recommendations in a good english.

The apartment is 5-10 min from the main beach in Nikiti also it’s location is great if you want to visit other beaches and places in Sithonia.
