Location - The location is great, its clear a lot of effort was put into the place itself, providing spacious green environment accessible by car and close to nearby beaches while feeling private and exclusive.
Amenities - The pool, private beach with floating deck and many sitting areas were perfect.
Restaurant - We only discovered in our last night how talented the chef is, the fish Tartar was supreme - Do not miss on that! enjoying it sitting next to the lit pool paired with a drink was really remarkable and made us wish we tried all the menu before.

The place is simply amazing. Very quiet, private and comfortable. The location couldn't be better, the staff couldn't be nicer. The restaurant was also pretty good, and dinner we ate was very tasty. All in all, I highly recommend this place. We were more than happy to stay at Marina Hotel.

The villas were beautiful, exactly like in the photos, with brand new kitchenware and facilities, as well as speakers with BT in every house. There was Domino and card games, and even yoga mats in each house. Our hosts were very responsive and sweet, we communicated through Viber.
There was some potential misunderstanding around a deposit in the beginning but they were polite and considerate and we sorted it out very quickly. On the last day, since we had booked all the villas on the property, and it was raining for 90% of our stay with our checkout day as the only sunny one, they were kind enough to let us stay a couple of hours more to sunbathe by the pool! We had a fantastic time, thank you!

The town beach is nothing special, but there are several really nice beaches just 10 minutes drive away from Nikiti. Also, there's plenty of restaurants and amenities in town so overall it's a nice stay.

Nice place with great beaches nearby. Definitely enjoyed every minute of our holiday. Nice bakery shops, many stores that you can buy pretty much eveything you need.
The beaches we visited are Mega Portokali and Paradise Kavourotripes. Both are sooo nice. Very clear sea, very niece beaches.

Wouldn't go back to Nikiti. Overcrowded in the season, can be a hell to park in the evenings and doesn't have anything special to offer. Typical greek tourist place. The beach is okay but not great.

The town has been rebuilt, there is no lighting, many potholes and bad streets, there are no parking spaces in the center. It's very crowded. Many people, serious traffic jams when entering and exiting. Damage to the car from the potholes. Its advantages are that there are many places to stay, small hotels and several restaurants. Main advantage - close to many nice beaches. Sithonia is lovely, but I miss the tranquility of Mount Athos. It's packed with people and that leads to difficult food reservations, slow check-in and check-out, and other inconveniences.

nice and quiet location, beautiful garden and veranda, very friendly and helpful host Aris and his well-behaved friendly dog Emma. walking to the restaurants near the harbour along the beach (30 mins) with beautiful views of the sunset. you should definitely have a walk in the old part of Nikiti, very beautiful and with stunning sights. Nikiti is well located for trips along both coasts of Sithonia which has many beautiful beaches. we were there in the second half of October and enjoyed that there was little traffic and empty beaches.

The location is perfect, a very calm neighborhood and right in front of the Beach. There are many cafes, in walking distance there are grocery shops (Lidl and local supermarket chains)
The hotel itself is very good, the rooms are clean and modern, there is everything that you need for vacation (coffee machine, electric kettle, kitchen accessories)
Rooms service is available everyday. Host and staff are very attentive and helpful.

The hotel itself in beautiful , modern furniture , luxury’s rooms coastline and pool stunning . Staff working on beach were very nice and helpful , kids club is small more like babysitting but my daughter loved it and the girls working there , perfect way to escape the midday heat ,reception staff great also . I was half board and found the food tasty and fresh , great variety and everything kept really clean and organised .

The host brought us fruits, propose us wine and so on. The beach of Nikiti is very close and the best beaches of Sithonia are very close. The center is very close and the area around the hotel is very quiet.

The place is a hidden gem! The apartment is spacious, with an exceptional view of the town and beach of Nikiti. It is spotless and equipped with everything you might think you need for a comfortable stay, and even more! But, what made it really special to us was the warm welcome with Greek treats and the kindness of the owners. We'll surely revisit first chance we get!

Location was excellent. Next to a supermarket but yet quiet with a great view for some rooms. 10 minute walk to nikiti Beach and restaurants and right next to the central road for a drive anywhere you wanted .

A very cosy and clean spot on a walking distance from the Nikiti promenade and beach. Melina was so helpful and all of her reccommendations for restaurants, beaches and places alike were great! She was also very responsive and helpful for all our questions.The bedroom is separate from the kitchen area and living room.
