Location - The location is great, its clear a lot of effort was put into the place itself, providing spacious green environment accessible by car and close to nearby beaches while feeling private and exclusive.
Amenities - The pool, private beach with floating deck and many sitting areas were perfect.
Restaurant - We only discovered in our last night how talented the chef is, the fish Tartar was supreme - Do not miss on that! enjoying it sitting next to the lit pool paired with a drink was really remarkable and made us wish we tried all the menu before.
Staff - special kudos to Nikos! he set example of the general friendliness and helpfulness of the entire staff.

The villas were beautiful, exactly like in the photos, with brand new kitchenware and facilities, as well as speakers with BT in every house. There was Domino and card games, and even yoga mats in each house. Our hosts were very responsive and sweet, we communicated through Viber.
There was some potential misunderstanding around a deposit in the beginning but they were polite and considerate and we sorted it out very quickly. On the last day, since we had booked all the villas on the property, and it was raining for 90% of our stay with our checkout day as the only sunny one, they were kind enough to let us stay a couple of hours more to sunbathe by the pool! We had a fantastic time, thank you!

The town beach is nothing special, but there are several really nice beaches just 10 minutes drive away from Nikiti. Also, there's plenty of restaurants and amenities in town so overall it's a nice stay.

Nice place with great beaches nearby. Definitely enjoyed every minute of our holiday. Nice bakery shops, many stores that you can buy pretty much eveything you need.
The beaches we visited are Mega Portokali and Paradise Kavourotripes. Both are sooo nice. Very clear sea, very niece beaches.

Wouldn't go back to Nikiti. Overcrowded in the season, can be a hell to park in the evenings and doesn't have anything special to offer. Typical greek tourist place. The beach is okay but not great.

The town has been rebuilt, there is no lighting, many potholes and bad streets, there are no parking spaces in the center. It's very crowded. Many people, serious traffic jams when entering and exiting. Damage to the car from the potholes. Its advantages are that there are many places to stay, small hotels and several restaurants. Main advantage - close to many nice beaches. Sithonia is lovely, but I miss the tranquility of Mount Athos. It's packed with people and that leads to difficult food reservations, slow check-in and check-out, and other inconveniences.

Property was really clean. Location was amazing. Room was well equipt. It has beautiful garden and a lovely family owns this property. Family and couple friendly place. Service was great we loved them as a family. We had wedding in greece and during our stay Sanakis and Nikos arranged us a surprise when we return back to the hotel. All family was so helpful and helpful to us. We will chose Villa Ellie again definetly.

Owner very nice, helpful on any request, took time to explain everything and indicate the best beaches to go with a map, but also the cultural events in Nikiti. Thank you very much for every thing. Quiet beach at 5 min walk, not the best of Halkidiki of course but with pine trees hanging over the beach, very convenient for a swim early in the morning or for people who dislike overcrowded beaches.
The hotel is very new and the rooms are beautiful. The location is fantastic as it's within walking distance to shops and the Nikiti beach. There was no breakfast included in the price but there are many nice bakeries close by, so it was not a problem to find something to eat. The room has coffee-making facilities.
Also, the host is very helpful!
Perfect family accommodation, apartment was comfortable, clean and maintained every day. Equipped with everything needed to feel like home, reliable Wi-Fi. Situated at quite side of Nikiti, local beach is close and the center with shops and restaurants is 10 minute walk away. Perfect host! Definitely we'll visit again😊

Wonderful pool, our 8-year-old couldn't get enough of it. The room was big enough for a family of 5 and had everything we needed. Nice walk to the beach, which was lively and fun every evening. Easy drive to other beaches. We had a fast check-in and the owner even let us stay later at check-out. Thank you!
The apartment was beautiful and cozy. It had everything you could need. The host was lovely. She accommodated our arrival in the middle of the night, which was delayed even more. The location was excellent: close to the beach and restaurants, but more at the edge, so that it was pleasantly quiet.
Lovely stay at Athina's. Very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Apartment is very well equipped, very comfortable bed, spotlessly clean - and a proper shower enclosure (not the usual curtain!). Great location too, close to Old Nikiti but still just a 15 minute walk to the beach.
