Nice hotel very close to the beach. The streets are very wide, so it is not a problem to park your car in front of the hotel. The balcony is big with a view to the sea. The staff is polite and good people, glad to meet people like them. The village has a lot of restaurants, caffe, supermarkets etc.

Nei Poroi is good place for families. It has a large beach with soft sand and small rocks when you enter the water.
From this place you have a great view of Mount Olympus, from top, up into the clouds, to the bottom, reaching to the sea.
There are a lot of places where you can relax and eat some very good traditional food.
It's a relaxing place, not a place for partying all night long.

Nei Poroi has a very long beach, with good sand and clear waters. Along the beach you will find many nice taverns, the prices for the food is affordable and the quality is verry good. A lunch for 2 persons, including sea food and drinks, is around 30 EURO. Nei Poroi has 2 parts, the southern one is more animated and the northen one is more quiet. Overall, is a clean and good looking beach resort, accomodation cost is low, excellent for families.

Nei Poroi has a long and wide sandy beach with shallow water, which is ideal for kids. Theire is a long boardwalk along the beach, with a row and variety of restaurants, shops, bars and other facilities for every taste. The weather was really pleasant, with a light breeze coming from mount Olympus. What we liked very much is an open mini train that operates every 30 minutes to the nearby town of Platamonas. My son loved it!

Lots of minimarkets around, with a variety of goods that stay open untl 2 am.
Beach bars provide food and drinks in reasonable prices (a club sandwich for about 5.5 euros, coffee for 3, beer for 4).
Seasonal Fun Parks near the beachfront for the kids and a wonderful promenade for the evening.
Platamon castle is within reach and one could spend a ne afternoon there.

It has a long sandy and safe for the children beach. People are very hospitable. There are many good and (more than) value for money restaurants around. Locals love their town, they keep it clean and you can have a good time there. There are many other places around to visit, including a Crusaders' castle. It's just in front of Olympus mountain. Two cities (Larisa and Katerini) are 40' away and Thessaloniki in less than 90'.
In this area there aren't many apartments with multiple bedrooms and more than one bathroom -- suitable for a group or family that doesn't want to be split up in different hotel rooms -- so this place was an excellent find. Add to that the proximity of the beach and all the restaurants, plus having a wrap-around terrace so morning or evening you can find shade in which to eat or relax outside and we can say that the apartment exceeded our expectations.
We've been with the family, 2 adults and 1 child. We enjoyed the apartment. It is cosy, very clean, designed with good taste, very confortabil beds, smart air-conditioning, nice terrace and garden. The market is very close. Also is close to the beach. In the kitchen there are minimum of the needed stuff, but if you need some more things the host can offer. Stamatia is a very carring and nice host.
Nasos is amazing host, he sent us directions to apartments, gave us tips for getting there and to nearest beach. He greeted us in front of apartment and made sure everything is ok before handing us the keys. He even was so kind to help us with train to Platamonas. Apartment was clean and spacious and balcony one of the biggest I've ever seen. Location is only 3min walk from the nearest beach.
The property exceeded our expectations, it was very clean , quiet, location wise amazing as it is only 2 minutes walk from the beach, near supermarket and a short walking distance from the tavernas and restaurants. The family that runs the hotel is extremely polite and they prepare amazing coffee at the coffee bar at the hotel :) . Hopefully we will have a chance to stay at Filoxenia again.
Very nice host! Pets are allowed. Everything was perfect. Very close to the beach but in the same time very calm and quiet place! Very comfy beds.
Kitchenette was equipped with all the stuff you needed if want to prepare food. But 10-15min away is the main "food" street with a lot of restaurants.
The supermarket on the first floor of the Villa was very convinient.
We received welcome drink when we arrive. The stuff was polite. We get double room exactly as we wanted. The room was clean. The hotel has excellent breakfast, you eat by the pool and you can choose what and how much you want to eat. The TV in our room was excellent because it has internet and YouTube as well. The wireless was strong.
The hotel is wonderfully situated. Everything you need is nearby. Breakfast, restaurants, pizzerias, attractions for children and the beach. Nothing more is needed to have the most amazing vacation with children. The hosts are always smiling and very warmhearted. They were always ready to help when we needed something.
Perfectly clean. The room, the bed and also the balcony is pretty big in size. Everything in the hotel is modern and very comfortable. They have an elevator so you dont have to carry your luggage up the stairs, which was a big up to me traveling with a motorcycle, as all my stuff is in heavy cases.
The room was very nice, it had everything we required. We had clean towels and it was tidied every day. The location was excelent, very close to the beach, which was very convinient, because we were with a little baby. The hotel is pet friendly and our dog enjoyed the stay as well.
As a traveller, I was pleased with the airport transportation provided by this hotel. Their non-smoking rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant stay. The room service was efficient and added convenience to my trip. Definitely I'll be back next summer!
Lovely living room, great balcony. Actually the apartment has one really big terrace and 3 small ones.
The location is perfect, 20 meters away from the beach and all the restaurants. There is a pharmacy, grocery store, fruit and vegetables store right below the place.
The hotel staff was very helpful, courteous and committed. The breakfast buffet was tasty, varied and was replenished regularly. The amenities and proximity to a private and public beach are invaluable. We felt comfortable.
We had a great vacation. Hotel and beach are great, rooms are new and clean. Dimitris is a great host and cook, he will help you with any request. We will definitely come back again, I can't recommend this place enough.
Great and very friendly stuff. Hotel is family owned and everyone was so helpful and with smile every time. Rooms were cleaned on daily basis. Breakfast was nice and with plenty of dishes to pick from.
