We were flying in late and wanted something handy to the airport- Villa Sophia Elena could not have been better . 500 m from the airport- an extremely warm greeting and introduction by the owner Dennis and some great recommendations from him for dinner / mini market etc

Amazing villa and facilities, lots of space, very clean, everything with taste to detail, magnificent view and convenient location for exploring the island. The Villa is located near Argostoli, many of the best beaches and wineries on the island are within 10' by car. The villa looks exactly as in the pictures. The host was extremely polite and always responsive to any request we had. Looking forward to our next visit!

Perfect experience at Dendrolivano. The owners were so nice and friendly with us, they made us feel part of their family! Everything was as we expected, also the breakfast exceptional.

The house was perfect for our family, our two children are 9 and 11. the beds wery very comfortable, the kitchen and living room spacy and comfortable. Ideal swimming pool, garden and terrasse. We even got a free bottle of wine upon arrival. Very helpful hostess who gave us tips for beaches, restaurants and trips. When we left the house we forgot our passports and one credit card in the house and we realised when we were on the ferry towards Zakinthos! Stefanos, the owner, was extremely helpful and serviceminded and sent us the package with the next boat. Thank you so very much😊

What I liked most was that it has beautiful beaches, a great location for beautiful sunsets. It is close to the capital Agrostoli.
But it is a small place, there are not many markets, cafes and places for entertainment.
But everything nearby is easily accessible.
I liked it and would go again

Fab location, peaceful but not far from beaches, restaurants and bars. Car needed though. Beautiful beaches in each direction. Lassi and Argostoli have lots of lovely restaurants. Lassi has beautiful beaches. Assos is always a drive worth going. It's spectacular and take the 20 minute ferry from Argostoli to Luxouri and head for Petani beach. Crystal clear water and best sunset view.

Beautiful place quiet and tranquil that was in September, might be busier earlier in the year, lots of good places to eat. I think a car is needed to get around as there are lots of lovely places to go

The village of Minia or Minies in some guides, is located...
The village of Minia or Minies in some guides, is located next to the airport and to three beaches around.
Ten minutes drive to the island main city, Argostoli.
If you intend to visit the city for shopping or whatever other reason you do need a car or at least the exact location in order to facilitate the taxi drivers to pick you up and bring you back.
The proximity of the airport is not a problem as the airtraffick noise is limited to just a few minutes per day.
It is a beautiful villa located near the airport and within minutes of beautiful beaches and the major hot spots of Kefalonia. Very spacious and well appointed home. The pool was amazing and was a good alternative when we got tired of going to the beaches. The property manager was wonderful and the other staff were great. We were pleasantly surprised that a cleaning lady and a pool maintenance guy came twice a week. Very attentive owner!
The villa is perfectly situated, as it gives you a great view, the pool is great, and it is at 18 mins by car from Argostoli.
The fact that is is near the AirPort is not a problem, as inside the house you do not hear anything.
Our stay was amazing. There are 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, and 2 kitchens. So enough space for at least 10 persons.
Very close to the airport, perfect for a quick stay if you are tired from the flight and don’t want to concern yourself with a rental car, long drive after the flight.

we only stayed one night (passing through) and it was super convenient and comfortable. it was close to beaches, great restaurants, and airport! is exactly like the pictures. Dimitri’s was AMAZING and communicative. The room was clean and AC worked great, and baby crib was awesome.

The place is 5min from the airport. Host was very kind and gave us tips and advices of things to do in Kefallonia. There was a beautiful “pool snack bar” 2min walking from Mirtia called Dentroliviano.
The villa is located close to the airport and not far from Agrostoli and some nice beaches. The host was very nice, he even let us check in early in the morning when we arrived. The villa has everything that you need. We felt great and enjoyed our stay
great location for quick airport access. we stayed 1 night before early flight and it was perfect. not sure about other beaches etc around area but pool and gardens were great for the kids to play.

Location is great, we liked it very much. Airport is not a problem actually its interesting to watch. There are almost no flights after 23:00 so it doesnt affect a good night sleep.

Proximity to the airport (very very close, right opposite the car hire venue) which was good as our flight arrived late at night and we used the hotel as a stopover not as a holiday destination (it is ideal for this).
Very close to the airport and the staff is super nice. The place is very close to many beaches and there is a beautiful garden in the premises. The room is well equipped and we felt safe and welcomed.
The host Stefanos was accommodating and could pick us up and drive us back to the airport. We had a lovely time and absolutely lovely way to spend my birthday with friends.
