The property is brand new. All is new and super clean. Very good size rooms and with a bit of a character. The house is at the beginning of the village of Agios Nikolaos and it gives you easy access to the main road. Only 10 minutes drive from Neapoli. It is HIGHLY recommended for anyone who wants to stay in the area. It has all the amenities and the kitchen is well equipped. The owner had in advance water in the fridge for us (end of June) coffee pots different variety of coffee. In the bathroom all shampoos, creams, handwashing.

Good accommodation, the complex is situated between the owners' olive trees. You can sit outside on the terrace and relax in the hammock. You can quickly get to the ferry that takes you across to Elafonisos. In the area you can hike a bit and through the fenced area of the accommodation secure parking and quiet environment. On request you could check in earlier and the owners are nice. There are also good tavernas in the area.

Georgia's house was so lovely. We stayed only one night but we wished we had much, MUCH longer! The home was really clean and so cute - very "Greek" feeling and the decor was so nice. The setting is so idyllic, amidst olive trees and farm animals, it feels so peaceful and lovely. Of course snorkelling over the ruins in Pavlopetri was also a highlight, but there was also beach equipment to take with you, which our kids loved. Georgia was an amazing host, meeting us and showing us around, giving local recommendations, leaving fresh melons in the fridge and turning up in the morning with freshly made fry bread in local honey and cinnamon. She is an exceptional host!
