Great variety and quality of food at breakfast, usual daily repetition. Food in the poolbar/a la carte was a bit more variable. Sunbeds were all very comfortable, as were the beds in rooms. Staff did a birthday dessert, fruit and wine in our room for a surprise. On site shop was good as it is in a remote location. Spa looked fab, but we didn't use it. Staff generally left you alone and were inconspicuous. Everywhere was very clean.

It's a great place, a lovely couple was hosting us. We had a fantastic time there. The house is surrounded by other houses and from the pictures, it was not obvious to me but you still have your private beach where you can walk down and hardly anybody is around you at the beach. Can only recommend and would go back there next year again.

The beach across the road from the villa was cobbles and the water was very clear.
The beach however was not very attractive as there was plastics, washed up wood, even an old mattress lining the edge. I feel that the Greek gvt should be taking more ownership of the tourist industry and making their country a pleasant experience.
the location of the villa was far from decent size supermarkets and while very scenic, the road was busy at times.
Prasanisi beach was about 20 minute drive away and it was good to watch the water-sports too. This beach was full of plastics and litter which could easily have been kept clean and more attractive if there was some ownership by the gvt.
We travelled to Kotari or Pefkos for eating places as the small local restuaurants did not suit my children's tastes.
The villa was immaculately presented and had every single facility, appliance, and utensil we could have ever needed. The view from the back of the place is utterly stunning, and there are lots of shaded areas to sit and relax when it gets really hot. The pool was superbly clean and cool and the kids absolutely loved it. TV’s all have smart features, and the aircon works brilliantly throughout the property. Manolis looked after us absolutely brilliantly, what a fantastic and nice gentleman - we will definitely be back.
The room view was amazing! The private swimming pool met our expectations (daily cleaning!). The staff always had a personal approach and even approached us by our names. We stayed during the forest fires and I am proud of the hotel stepping up and helping around 4000 tourists from other hotels who had to evacuate. On that note, the hotel staff worked around the clock to ensure that our experience is still of the highest level despite everything.
We enjoyed our stay at the villa very much. Everything is still very new and well maintained. It was absolutely clean. We had nothing to complain about. Anastasia was very friendly and always available for us. On arrival we were greeted with a large fruit basket and lots of other food. Even the fridge was stocked. We have never experienced this to such an extent in any other accommodation and we can't wait to come back again in the future.
The villa is very convenient and nicely designed and modern. It had everything you need for a holiday. The pool is amazing and cleaned on a regular basis. Most important is the fact that the host is very very helpful. Kyriakos is always available and very willing(and also his father!). The area of the villa is tranquil and not too crowded. The bonus is Mohito beach which is minutes from the villa. Overall, we had an excellent stay.
It was simply fantastic. I thought long and hard about what could be criticized about the accommodation, but I couldn't come up with anything. A beautiful traditional house, which may not be huge, but it has everything it should have. Well-equipped, stunning views, the sea just a short walk away, and great owners. We had a wonderful vacation here, I highly recommend it!
The Villa is in a amazing location right in front of a crystal clear beach and an imposing swimming pool in front of the house. It is very nicely decorated and the cleanliness of the house is excellent.The owners of the villa Victor and Sevil were very hospitable and helpful with all out requests.These holidays will be unforgettable and we highly recommend them !!!

This is a truely amazing hotel with a fantastic location and oceanview. Katerina who is head of operation is doing a great job, makeing every guest feel special. She did an exelent job helping us book/unbook rooms/transfer etc during the SAS strike, which ensured that we nerver felt left alone. Thanks Katerina - see you next year
We had the good fortune to be Dimitri's guests in this beautiful sea front house in the south of Rhodes. We stayed at the end of April, the house has everything you need and is surrounded by nature just a few steps from the sea. Wonderful view, we won't forget it!
