The welcoming team of GM John and C.S Yota could not have been more helpful. The hotel itself is a lovely mix of contemporary Greek design and traditional architecture. Great bathrooms and showers and tasteful touches every where. If you would like to visit a paradise island and stay in the next location in town, I would highly recommend this hotel.

George and Yiota have nailed it with this place. George picked me up from the port and dropped me off at the end of my stay. Yiota kept my sugar addiction satisfied with different sweet treats each morning.

It’s a beautiful island with fantastic beaches. Best time to visit would be September or June if you want a quieter holiday. The coast is flat so you can cycle quite a bit. There are regular boats to the beaches - an all day ticket costed 2.50€.

Friendly people all around. Fresh fish of top quality and selection
We rented a scooter that has proven to be a necessity.
There are also electrical assisted bikes.
Food prices at taverns in general are acceptable.
We could gladly have stayed more than 3 days.

I thought it would be quieter but it appears that Koufonisia has become more popular. We had to go to Kato Koufonisia almost everyday of our stay just to have a quiet and relaxing beach time. The hike was easy, a bit more tiring from the heat but it's worth it.

Beautiful island and sea is just amazing!i stayed 3 nights whilst travelling the Cyclades. I recommend 3-6 nights here unless you're not too bothered about shopping or a lively destination. This is perfect for a short stay if a solo traveller

Lovely island for people who like walking, beaches and a relaxed pace of life without planning much. The island gets busy in mid-July to end of August so I wouldn't choose to go then. I think 3-5 days are best, many people also visit on a day trip.

Very small island. You can walk it. Furthest beach is 1 hour and a half scenic walk along the coast passing many other beaches. The port is the only town on the island. It has a nice ‘chora’ with surprisingly many restaurants and shops. Town is very clean with beautifully paved roads. Very much an upmarket feel to it, but no upmarket attitude, which is a plus. Quiet place. Not for party animals.
Paradise!! At first we wondered if we were a bit out of town but no! It is the perfect location of peace and quiet with a 5 minute walk to the main strip, harbour and beach. Honestly, the place, the island and this accommodation have stolen our hearts! Supermarket is 5 mins walk away and the bakery so having our own fresh breakfast on the balcony every morning was amazing. They are very efficient with cleaning room. Our room was spacious, spotless and so lovely. Can’t recommend enough!!
We were on Koufonissi for the first time and booked the best accommodation on the island.
The family business is managed in the best way.
We were picked up at the port and brought back after our stay.
The brothers who did the transfer also organize the reception.
This family is the nicest hosts we have ever had. Very friendly, accommodating and helpful.
I can only recommend everyone to book this fantastic accommodation.

perfect location on Koufonisia with a fantantic view on the herbour, which you can enjoy from your little private terrace or even your room, if you open the door and windows. totally picturesque. It's really close to town and to the windmills at the western side of the island, where you can watch beautiful sunsets. cute apartment with a little, but sufficiently equipped kitchen. the bathroom was fine, too and the owners were so nice.

the location of our room was in the center of Koufonisia, less than 5' walk to the closest supermarket. The room was clean but the cleaning lady came twice in a five days stay. We had a room with a nice view and a balcony. The owners were kind enough to welcome us in the port and take us to our rooms, as well as take us to the port on the day of our departure.
Nice hotel next to the beach and across the bay from the ferry landing. Very nice and very welcoming staff who were helpful in anything we needed. Nice pool area and beautiful views of the beach and the town and we were both picked up and dropped back at the harbour. Overall it was a nice trip and we hope to return.
The rooms were spacious, clean, and in excellent condition, conveniently located near the Chora of the island, where all the shops, restaurants, and bars are. Additionally, George was incredibly responsive and available 24/7 to assist with any requests.

Perfect location, incredibly clean w great pool and view, great breakfast, and helpful staff. Port is close but they still provide transportation at no charge to and from port which is great. Most relaxing part of the Greek Islands.
Konstantinos and Sophia were great - they approached first offering a ride from port to hotel. I first thought it was close enough from the port, however, it was of great help given the hot weather, uphill walk with luggage.

Everything was amazing. The property is beautiful, the hosts were the epitome of greek hospitality and the breakfast was great. Just about 10 minutes walk from the village and from most of the beaches.
this is such a beautiful place with amazing staff. Very nice rooms, delicious breakfast and close to the main beaches. If we come back to Koufonisia, we would choose Panagia Seaside Hotel again.
Wondeful little boutique style hotel. Hosts very accommodating. Meticulously clean and we felt very well looked after. Lovely little pool and well maintained gardens. Excellent location.
The swimming pool was good and the fact they waited for us in the Port to transfer us to the hotel. Additionally, they provided umbrella for the beach for free.
