The owner is top rate kindness. We had a little problem in our room, he promptly changed it, better he offered us a junior suite ... upgrade

The location was perfect. The cleaning, the room, the garden too! And last but not least, the Family running those little studios... we couldnt expect for more welcoming people. It is difficult to express how carrying and lovely they have been with us... we literally felt home. Thank you to Giannis and his Parents. Amazing people with the biggest hearts. I very much liked the location and the views (seafront).
The bungalow was very prepared against heat and mosquito attack (shutter blinds + CLEAN A.C. + mosquito nets)
Good sized comfy beds, decent mattresses. Spotless sheets and towels.
Nature is not totally destroyed so we made some lizard and gecko friends (Pinky and Linky).
Choose from sandy or more rocky shore.
We got a free booster car seat for our stay.
Our host kept us well informed and made sure we have a lovely time.

A peaceful side to the island away from the bustle of Laganas with lovely coves and small beaches. Not the big lengths of sand on the south of the island but far more laid back,
The roads can be very narrow and a real maze but solvable with a good mapping app! worth persevereing as there are some really good restaraunts in the hills away from the coast not ably in Ano Gerakari.

Kipseli is a nice, quite place. We always moved by car, but without walking for too long you can easily reach bar, supermarket, restaurant and bakery. Of course it depends on where you stay. The Porto Roulis taverna is awesome.

The place itself is really beautiful, though the ubiquitous trash near the roads is awful. One other downside is the public transport - the bus to Zakynthos city departs from Drosia, where we stayed, only at around 10 AM and 5 PM each day, plus it is not available on Sundays.

Kipseli is too isolated and quite compared to Tsilivi or Zante town. You have to use bus or car to go everywhere. But if you want to relax away from the rest of the world is the perfect place. Not much to see at night apart from 2 or 3 places where to have dinner.
The sea is beautiful but elsewhere around the island is even better.
Great hotel, huge rooms with garden view, pool view or sea. The pool area itself is simply tranquil and a perfect holiday setting for couples and families who need a quieter location without noise. What do we really have to say about all the staff we met be it at reception, restaurant, lounge bar, etc.. The food at breakfast has a very good extensive selection to cater for many different tastes. All in all, was a great experience.
We were looking for a nice place as a base to wander around the island, and this was perfect. Close to the Tsilvi and Zante and still calm and nice and away from all the crazy parties and stuff. The place is clean, has its own beach with sunbeds and stuff, tho the beach itself is not the fancy one (it has some rocks, but still you can swim when you pass it), it has internet access, sea view and really big and nice yard.
Belussi hotel was a fantastic stay. Dionysios and his wife welcomed us not simply as hotel guests but as family. We felt cared and appreciated. The room was roomy, clean and bathroom was spacious. The breakfast had a generous variety. Zakynthos is a beautiful island with kind hearted, generous people. We'll definitely go back to Belussi hotel not just to stay but to meet our friends, Dionysios and his wife.
Everything about this hotel was absolutely perfect - the amenities, the staff, the food. The owner Christina is very welcoming and takes time to meet every guest and to make sure they are satisfied. Staff is very cheerful and helped us book several experiences on the island. Breakfast buffet is fantastic - lots of choice and food is delicious. Highly recommend this place, absolutely dreamy!
Nice place with an amazing and kind host. Really beautiful view from the balcony and close to the beach. Would fully recommend this place for friends or for families, it is in a quiet area of the island, but in a really beautiful place.
The host is amazing, helped us with transportation by arraging a taxi for us from the airport to the hotel and back
Fabulous hotel. Excellent staff especially Ermal the barman who we kept very busy making his tasty cocktails. The vegan restaurant was superb. We ate there twice in a week. Spa treatments very reasonable. Private pool room amazing! Loved it and will definitely return.
Professional staff, beautiful room, tasty breakfast and all in reasonableness prices. Also the hotel had a children's playground and activities in the surrounding area include hiking, snorkeling, cycling and relaxing along the beach. Worth a visit for sure!
The owners are nice and the room is clean.
The hotel is not in the center the night is really calm you can hear the sound of the wave for sleep.
Just for the restaurants there are not a lots of choices we ate at the same restaurant in 3 days. 😅
Beautiful hotel with amazing rooms and outdoor area’s including the swimming pools and many available sunbeds. The staff was very friendly, including the ladies at the reception and the waiters young lady and mister of the restaurant.
The breakfast had a wide variety. The food was mostly warm, but obviously, with a buffet, it's not always fresh. The pool behind the hotel was a lot warmer, and quieter compared to the pool at the main hotel by the bar and restaurant.
The very warm hotel owner took the initiative to upgrade the room with ocean view and talked to us a lot about his fishing, great garden and ocean view, beautiful sunset and small balcony, great accommodation
The pictures are better than real hotel :D But it was ok. Clean, cosy, quiet. There small pool (not such big like in the pictures), partly seaview, cosy lobby. Breakfast very simple, but fresh and delicious.
It is a family run hotel, Angelos' daughter was the star of the show! She was really lovely, welcoming and informative about the food at the hotel which is all locally sourced and was delicious!
Simple no fuss accommodation with the minimum of comfort provided. Good service from the hotel staff who waited for us as we arrived very late in the night and only stayed until next morning.
