The property is located in a quiet area about 20' by car from city center. The noise from the airport (which is generally an issue in Corfu) is not noticeable. There is parking space right in front of the entrance. The host was very helpful, the place was super clean and fully equipped. Highly recommend.

At the first view, we was completely positive surprised, this house is like a dream. Everything was so clean, comfortable, and swimming pool its just a perfect size. In the kitchen u realy have everything that you might need. My 4 years old daughter asked me could we stay and live in this house 😁. About the lady and her husband who own the house I can say all the best, too, they are so polite, they was always asking do we need something and also informing us about the storm which was comming one night and and... U have also place for 2 cars to park, maybe 3. Its quiet,
no traffic around the house, so its really safe for kids, u dont have to think when they are playing up, in the garden. About the location, u can easily find the house with GPS. Its about 10 minutes from the Corfu Town, which I highly recommend to visit, its beautiful. I would go back to this house every time.

Location was good, just a short walk into the town. Great view overlooking the sea from our balcony. The room was a reasonable size and air conditioned. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty to choose from. The staff were all very, very good. The seawater swimming pool was great and the complimentary towels for use around the pool is a great touch.
The hotel was very clean and the room cleaners did an exceptional job.
Located on the northwest coast of Corfu, just 14km from Corfu Town, Hotel Philoxenia is found in the small beach resort of Ermones.

This was my 6th visit to Corfu and my first time to Ermones. The hotel is situated in a wonderful location with great views of the sea and mountains. We had a very warm and friendly welcome from all the staff which continued throughout our stay.
The pool area is very well played out with great sunbeds and umbrellas. The pool is clean, warm and inviting. There is a smaller pool ideal for children. The breakfast is excellent with plenty of choice. We enjoyed great food around the pool area and again in the taverna down the hill that belongs to other members of the family. This point is what makes this hotel stand out over many others. The Hotel is a very well run and cared for family business which still has a personal touch to everything.
The rooms were of a good size, comfortable beds and nice bathrooms where everything works as it should. Our only regret was we couldn't stay longer. Thank you all at Philoxenia for making such an impression on us all. Graham Roberts

Fabulous!! Everything was perfect. Very easy to reach from airport by car in 10minutes.The place is very quiet and fancy. Best restaurant in Corfu Taverna Max is nearby.The location is perfect if you have a car. You can go anywhere on the island in 60min max.

I didn’t realise how commercial the area was. It had a strip down to the sea front lines with British pubs and restaurants serving British food. At night it was loud and the streets were filled with ignorant people trying to start fights and screaming abuse at eachother. Would not recommend staying in this area if your looking for an authentic Greek holiday as it felt a lot like Benidorm rather than any of the other islands I’ve been to. If possible try sty in the more westerly villages they felt more authentic like afiones, great views and better people. However this area is budget friendly so if you use it as a base like we did and explore the northern/western parts of the island from here it will be good value. We took off eachother meowing in our rental car and drove to all the sight along the coast gorgeous views from the canal d’amour downwards

It was a one night stop over booked at very short notice due to flight cancellation. The hostess Dora was waiting for us on arrival, she was very welcoming and even bought us breakfest the next morning.
