The house is absolutely stunning and is spacious, light and airy. The showers powerful and plenty of storage space. The kitchen is well equipped. The pool is a good size. The location is perfect in a lovely quiet location but walking distance to shops, restaurants and beaches. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Kassiopi is heaven on earth, the local people are amazing and so very helpful, the village itself is a little fishing port with working fishing boats early morning if you get up early!!! Many places to eat and drink, shopping is fabulous and caters for everyone. Easy to get around and wheelchair friendly if needed. Children are catered for at every restaurant and just perfect I will never go anywhere else!

Very lovely town with beautiful beaches. We loved the small beach near the Paralia Mpataria. The water here is very clean and the beach is quiet and not crowded. Perfect place for snorkelling. Locals are very friendly and communicating. A lot of great places to eat (we especially recommend to try gyros in "7 Grill" and ice-cream in "The big bite"). Hope that we will come back here someday!

A bit more expensive than a few years ago. I only heard 1 restaurant playing traditional greek music which was disappointing as I love the atmosphere it creates. The area is beautiful, the sea turquoise and calm, a slight breeze at the harbour which is perfect when the its too hot. Quiet a few shops but not as much as Sidari. Good walks and beaches nearby and lovely sunsets. Good bus service from the square. Easy and flat ground in the main area. An easy going atmosphere.

Kassiopi is a lovely place. My wife & I have been going there for years and it's always good to return. It's safe, the choice of food is excellent, the beaches gorgeous, and the people are so friendly.

Beautiful peaceful village with views out to the mountains...
Beautiful peaceful village with views out to the mountains of Albania. Kassiopi has lots of lovely boutique shops selling lovely clothes, jewellery and traditional Greek goods. The bars and restaurants are excellent. We love our Greek food and weren’t disappointed. Spring is a great time to go to see Corfu flora and fauna at its best.

I don’t want to write this as it may attract more people there! The back streets are probably best avoided - the usual bars and tat. The water front, on the other hand, is sublime. There is 1 bar just off the water that does karaoke, quizzes and football. But I’ll forgive that. The others are classy and have lively food. There is no problem sipping a carafe of wine, reading a book for several hours beside the water. Nobody minds if you just want to chill out. It may be that at the height of the season it is more fraught. But when I went this week (May24) everyone was cheery, fun, accommodating and helpful.
fantastic room with views of the harbour of Kassiopi. breakfast was very varied and I think catered for all tastes. beautiful view out over the harbour. Staff were so helpful and friendly and nothing was too much of a bother for them.
you just need to remember there are stairs in the hotel. no lift and therefore probably would not suit anyone with mobility problems otherwise a great hotel and great location.

Wonderful place in the heart of Kassiopi. The location is amazing, walking distance to the lovely beaches and the town square. Our studio was spacious with the large balcony, overlooking Kassiopi and the Ionian sea. Maria, the owner, was friendly and super helpful with all our requests and recommendations. We also liked Maria's cousin Roula a lot. She is a wonderful and a reliable taxi driver. We have already highly recommended this hotel to our friends who might travel to Corfu.
Excellent pool facilities, with friendly staff on hand to provide breakfast, lunch or dinner. Rooms were cleanly and were cleaned regularly over the duration of our stay.
The rooms also came with kitchen facilities including a kitchen and hob, which would allow us to save some money if we didn't want to eat out on a given evening.
The hotel itself is walking distance to the nearby harbour, where you can get ferries to Corfu town and other parts of the island.
Great apartment, very spacious for two people and had everything we needed. Also a nice pool with a small bar (we only had drinks there so can’t review the food). It’s walking distance to numerous beaches and the apartment is just behind the main road with all the shops leading to the harbour, so it’s a nice calm area. Also the apartments are well setup so that you don’t hear any other people in rooms next to yours, I’m a light sleeper so was perfect for me!
The apartments were spotlessly clean, decorated beautifully and had everything you need for a lovely holiday. The owners were really friendly and accommodating in all requests, nothing was ever too much for them. The pool was stunning and the bar created a relaxed atmosphere with soft music. The location was top notch, right near the harbour which has loads of restaurants, bars and shops but still feels very authentic and not too crowded.
In terms of cleanliness, hospitality, and location, Nicola's Apartments was excellent. The accommodation is beautifully restored and very comfortable and practical. It’s minutes away from the centre of Kassiopi and near the stunning Erimitis Beaches Hike. Nicky and David were great hosts and went out of their way to help us and make us feel welcome during our visit. I highly recommend these apartments if you are in Corfu.
Wonderful little apartments which were spotlessly clean and extremely well managed by Rula and her partner Great pool, 10 minute walk to the town, best breakfast we had in 5 weeks in several apartments as we travelled in Corfu. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, and nothing was a problem for them. The apartment had everything you would need and the bed was very comfortable. Great shower, great air con.
Very good food. The area around the hotel is very quiet with a few bars/tavernas. Small beach nearby. Great if you want to relax. If you want to party, look somewhere else.
There are two restaurants onsite and you can use each of them once as part of inclusive. The food at Olives was amazing.
Also two swimming pools, one of them is a quiet area, no kids allowed.
Great views overseeing Albanian mountains.
loved it just close enough to Kassiopi to go for shopping. leisure etc. we thought a couple of umbrellas for the beach would be good but no complaints. might go again next year

The apartments are great just a bit dated but do the job
The location of the hotel is a prime spot, jut next to the sea and all the local happening and restaurants. Once you are in Kassiopi, you really don't need a car anymore. The stuff is super friendly and ready to help, breakfast rich and a lot to choose from, and the comfort of the bed is exceptional. You can also use the pool and sunbathing area next to it. Great hotel!

Only there for 2 nights. The position of the apartments is very good in terms of proximity to the lovely harbour and bars and tavernas. The rooms were a very good size. Tamara was very friendly and helpful and booked a taxi to the airport.
Limani apartments are are facing the harbor. In very close proximity to local restaurants and bars. There is a swimming pool with a few on the harbor.
The apartment had everything we needed including a hair dryer and an iron.
