Everything. The room was amazing, super clean and comfortable. Spacious enough with everything we needed. The staff was seriously amazing.
Miss Poppy, the owner, and her daughter were kind and super nice hostesses. The rest of the staff, specially in the restaurant, were 5 stars. They offered us an aperitif, appetizer and dessert in our dinner there and Miss Poppy even gifted us with a bottle of Greek red wine at our check-out (which was delicious).
Amazing. Super recommend and would stay definitely there if we were to be in Santorini ever again.

I think the pool was great. The best thing at the hotel. Location wise was perfect. There's a bus stop in front of hotel for all southbound buses. A lot of shops/supermarkets around the hotel. Walking distance to central Thira. Despite the difficulties in speaking english, staff was very kind and helpful and have assisted me with a couple of requests that I made.

Perfect location! This hotel is literally only a few steps away from bus stop, supermarket and lots of restaurants. Also has couple of cafes one of which is 24/7! Only 15 walk from the capital Fira! And buses cost 2 euros and get you from this area to fira in 4 minutes!
Staff were so friendly. Reception staff: Bana and Maria, and all restaurant staff were super polite, friendly and would go out of their way to help you.
Peaceful, comfortable and quiet atmosphere. The owners often hangs around the lounge area and greets guests.
I requested to reception last min for a surprise decor in our room for when we returned at night on my husbands birthday. And the staff went out of their way and did lovely little decor, along with cute cake slice and balloons.
Once we had hot water issue and when we called reception, they got someone to check it straight away and fixed it within minutes. The service is so fast and great.

This hotel is amazing. The rooms are new, modern and comfortable. The staff cleaned the room every day. The breakfast is very good; you can choose between different fresh ingredients (eggs, fruit, Greek yogurt, Greek salad, different pastries, bread, juice and coffee). The pool is very nice and clean. You can get fresh pool towels everyday and also some snacks and cocktails (very good, by the way). The music by the pool is nice and relaxing. But the best thing about this hotel is the staff. Maria (and also all the others) are absolutely amazing; she was very kind, always smiling and always willing to help. We were on our honeymoon, and they upgraded our room to one with the jacuzzi for free. She gave us great recommendations for restaurants and activities; she helped us rent an ATV; she arranged for a taxi...Also, the location is very convenient (20 min to Oia, 10 min to Kamari, 15 min to Imerovigli and 10 min do Fira). The bus station is 10 min away by foot, and there are also good restaurants and mini markets nearby. Amazing & worth the price!!

The property was beautiful and clean! It’s a short walk away from restaurants/ shops however the hotel itself feels very private & relaxing. The fact each room has its own hot tub is amazing!! We spent so much time in there. The host Mary is fantastic too, she couldn’t do enough for us and we’re so grateful. We arrived very late at night & Mary kept the check in open for us, as well as there being water etc in the room which was so helpful as we wouldn’t of had the chance to go to the shop! We had new towels whenever needed as well as slippers/ toiletries etc in the bathroom which made it feel like a spa 🥰 such a beautiful hotel! 11/10

Simply delightful!
Simply delightful! Irene and staff are very kind, attentive and competent. The room, the garden, the breakfast, the service, all is perfect. I will return and recommend. Feel at home. Simple but good restaurants nearby, good price. Mini markets, cafeteria etc. Tour in the Santorini is highly recommended also, nice places to visit, and return by yourself. Akrotiri is special.

The most amazing hostel I’ve ever stayed at! The location is gorgeous and at a good walking distance from Fira or the bus stop. The staff are all lovely and very welcoming and the breakfast is great too. There are weekly activities such as dinners and movie nights as well. Would recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be back in the future.

The owner was liar, he/she claimed guest stole their lamp & batteries. Please check their website, over 100 photos, none of them had lamp in the picture . I had NO CLUE, why did them make this kind claim?
They liar & made up things, claimed that guest asked them to drive guest around island, I hired taxi every day & I kept all the receipts to prove how much I paid for the taxi every day.
I have trouble to understand them. For sure, they ARE NOT honest people, NOT honest business.

Katerados is a village near Thira, with adequate facilities, small tourist shop,supermarket, bakeries, cafes, and a few restaurants. A relaxing place after a busy day out.
It is very easy to use the bus service, you can get all around the island, the buses are quite busy, but run regularly right up to 11 p.m.

No wonder why Artemis Village have very good reviews, both Artemis and Anna are super nice and accomodating. They only give the best and quality services to their guest. The villa is 10 mins drive from Santorini airport and they have free airport transfer, just contact their phone number upon arrival. The villa is 1km away from the bus stop to Fira and along the coast of Monolithos beach. I thank you Artemis and Anna for my beautiful room with stunning view and thanks for assisting me with my requests. I had a wonderful stay!
The room was much bigger than I expected and very clean. If you are taking the local bus from the Airport, the bus will pass by the bus stop just outside the hotel. Just tell the bus driver beforehand that you are stopping at Manos. Although the hotel is about 20-30 minute walk to Fira centre, it is a very nice walk with good cafes, pastry shops, restaurants and a big supermarket along the way. I really enjoyed my stay with Manos and will certainly stay in Manos again if I am back in Santorini.

Trudi was a really good host, she was welcoming and when we arrived she told us how it works in Santorini and suggested us what to do and what to see. She also organized all our transfer. The location was really good it's near the bus station and 20 min walk to Thira. The swimming pool is also nice not too big but clean and deep. There's a kettle and mini frigerator so it was really helpful for our stay, bakery and supermarket are also near the hotel! We had a perfect stay in the hotel! 🙃
Highly recommend! The owners and staff were so helpful with every request we had, from car rentals to restaurant recommendations and excursions. The breakfast was fantastic with plenty of options to choose from each morning.
We loved the central location and proximity to all the main attractions. We decided to rent a car (the hotel had free parking) and explored the island from top to bottom. If we ever come back to Santorini, we will definitely stay at Onyx!
Great service and attitude of Hotel owners - Artemis and his wife! They were available for help with any issue. We have received an upgraded sea-view room which was amazing! Cleaning was performed every day. Free transfer from / to the airport. You can get everywhere on the island by bike or car (which is a must have on Santorini for the best experience). The pool was very nice, even though we prefered to explore the beaches. Great price / quality option.
We stayed in this hotel for out wedding in Santorini. It was very clean, charming with a lot of flowers outside, good for that value. The bath and room are small but equiped with everything what you need. The pool outside is also clean. The staff is friendly, the kids only know English but it was not a problem. After the wedding the staff left in our room a local candy, a bottle of wine and lovely message as a gift.
Great localisation near to bus stop, restaurants,bakery. 15min on foot to Thira. After our arriving the owner gave us a drink ( it was great after a long travel) later he gave us the map of the Santorini and explained everything. The room has been cleaned up every day. There was air-condition.The swimming pool clear and nice. Transport to the airport was very useful

The hotel is located in Karterados. 3 minutes walk to the nearest local bus stop. With using local bus, you can go all main spots of the Santorini like beach (Kamari, Perissa), airport, sea port, Oia (Nice photo spot), Akrotiri, etc.
Also one important thing is just 15 Minutes walk to Fira, main area of Santorini island. Quite convenient that Fira is walking distance.
A lovely family run hotel. Close to a bakery where you can find freshly baked items and coffee for breakfast. Plus there is a very well stocked supermarket close by as well. It is a 15 minute walk to Thira. The bus station is also very close and buses can take you to all the beaches, places of interest , the airport and port when you leave.
Super convenient location, only a 20 minute walk to the hotel from santorini and the area is so safe there was no fear for me and my friend as two young women walking back at 3AM. The owner is so so lovely and was very helpful in arranging the transfer to the port even though we were a bit difficult in asking to modify and change times.

Cozy boutique hotel away from the crowds of Fira and Oia, but still easy to get to any location on Santorini. Katerina at the front desk was phenomenal. She was helpful with every part of our stay from pickup and drop off to letting us store our luggage until our ferry to another island. 10/10!
Good sized rooms and a lovely pool. Breakfast was nice but nothing special. Great value for money for Santorini. Fira is about a 15 minute walk away and not a great road but you can catch the bus coming back from Kamari at Karterados bus stop.
