I stayed at this hotel during a business trip and was very satisfied. The room was perfectly clean, which is always a priority for me. I would especially like to mention the incredibly comfortable bed, on which I had a great night's sleep. The blackout curtains were also an important detail, which completely blocked out the light and promoted a full night's sleep, which is essential when travelling for business.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, responding quickly to any requests I made, which made me feel cared for and cosy. The hotel manager kindly told me about the plans for the winter season, which was a pleasant surprise. It turns out that most hotels in the area close for the winter, but Amour Relax stays open and offers its guests lots of interesting winter activities.
I would love to stay here again in winter, as the hotel maintains a high level of service and creates a cosy atmosphere all year round. I am especially looking forward to participating in the winter activities, which promise to be varied and interesting!

Very nice beach and safe for the kids. Clean and well maintained environment. 3 different restaurants serving a bit different foods every day. Family room with own pool was great and roomy enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. Food was good compared to other all inclusive places we've stayed in and includes also Greek specialities. Nice pools both inside and outside, well equipped gyms and padel court was nice as well.

All the staff were outstanding in their approach to service and we felt valued staying at the property. Any requests were handled and dealt with straight away. Breakfasts were buffet style and a wide enough range for everyone, freshly cooked and delicious!
The onsite restaurant has a spectacular view and the food amazing, with a good choice.
Sea view room had a great view of Souda Bay and the mountains.
Rooms were clean and the grounds were very well looked after and tidied on a regular basis.
