The staff were really friendly and helpful especially the two ladies on reception , the staff in general went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect , all staff from cleaners to bar men greeted us always with a smile and a hello, the pool and swim up bar were perfect and there were lots of different options food wise. The reception made it easy to book excursions to the likes of lindos and symi island which was so helpful. It’s the perfect hotel for couples and the location is great as there is a strip of restaurants and bars nearby which aren’t too party orientated which was nicer for what we had in mind , in general the hotel was very high quality and you can really tell they put the customer first , one night in particular my girlfriend didn’t like her meal (just personal preference) the waiter noticed she didn’t eat much of it and offered a replacement meal for free , we didn’t take him up on this offer and noticed he did not charge us for it at the end which was a really nice touch that was not expected.

The staff was exceptional from the manager to the cleaners. Friendly and accommodating particularly Mr. Sampinas (the manager) Manos the bartender and Gianni's (John) at the reception. I am single female and they made me feel welcome and comfortable. The food was plentiful and had great choice. The entertainment was good particularly the Greek night. The pool was busy but plenty of sun beds and lovely terrace on both sides and the pool bar was good too. I had Seaview room which was great apart from traffic noise. The beach is just cross the road from the hotel though you have to be brave to swim bit choppy. bust stop just outside the hotel too but timing was on Greek time :-)

Shout out to aphrodite the managerfor being amazing overall. We got an earlier check in and a check out at a later time with no extra fee which is amazing. We received a bottle of wine and drinks in the fridge, baklava and fruits baskit ad a gift. The hotel is very clean and all of the staff are simply amazing and will go over and beyond to help. They have entertaintment for guests at evenings and themed food night and let me tell you the food in the evenings was really good with alot of options to choose from. The hotel is about 20 mins away from the airport by taxi and 15 mins away from Rhodes town.

Great staff - friendly and accommodating.
Place is huge.
We were a group of 13 and in 4 separate rooms all in totally different corners of the accommodation.
Which was kind a good and a bit inconvenient at the same time.
Loved the distances we had to move our bodies to reach others in their rooms - especially after eating way too much and rather overeating.
Boat trips around Rhodos and to Symi are totally recommended. Road trip to South of the island and Lindos also recommended.
Definitely would go back and spend more time in there.

Accommodation "Blue Eyes" is 50 meters from the main road with lots of restaurants, shops, and car/scooter rentals. Taxi from/to the airport is 21€, public bus nr 50 is 3.5€. Rodos City is 12km away, accessible by bus, or any rental (electric bike, scooter, car). Had a favorite music bar with a live rock band "Double Deuce" playing almost every night.

Our area of Ixia was very scruffy with few alternative places to eat and drink as a change from the hotel. I suppose this reflects the fact that all inclusive hotels eliminate traditional small family concerns. It was expensive to get to and from the hotel at €32 to Rhodes Town making the day expensive.

Loved Ialysos.
Loved Ialysos. Have stayed in Rhodes several times and it was nice to stay somewhere different. It's fairly close to the airport, but you got used to the planes and it certainly didn't spoil our holiday. The people there are really lovely, everybody was very helpful and welcoming. The food was lovely. That side of the island is really interesting to explore. Just drive carefully, there are some narrow villages and folk walking in the street and young folk driving bikes a bit too fast, just take your time and you'll absolutely love the place.
the pool was nice at first, but after a couple of days it had too much chlorine, I made a complaint about it and I was told that a company comes every month to clean the pool, I think it should be cleaned more ofter.
Also, the mini fridge was very off and it hardly worked, I would recommend the hotel incorporate that the fridge would always work even if no one is in the room.
Also, the room service phone I had no idea how to use it. (this is not a minus or anything just my personal note)
Ixia home felt like our actual home, honestly we didn’t miss anything from that warm feeling of your own space and that’s what we loved the most. The apartment was near, clean and there was so much detail from the little breakfast tray to nespresso capsules, the lil jbl speaker to listen to music was our fave added touch to our holiday! Lia the hostess was so lovely and helped us with anything we needed, recommended places to go in the area and in Rhodes in general. She’s a star!!
We loved everything about this property… the location is brilliant, close to the airport, easy access to go to Rhodes and quick drive to most beaches. The room was very comfortable and spacious with sea view and extra clean. The food at the restaurant was excellent and we ate most nights and the staff at reception, bar and restaurant were lovely. Nikos the owner was lovely and also very supportive. We highly recommend this place and no surprise it has such a high rating!
The two pools were a great way to relax and cool off, while the free Wi-Fi kept me connected throughout my stay. I saw that hotel had family rooms, so the family rooms were spacious and perfect for a family getaway. The complimentary airport shuttle service made arrival and departure hassle-free. All in all, a top choice for families and not only, who seeking both contentment and convenience in Rhodes!
Caravel Hotel is perfect for families as rooms are spacious and there is a pool. Also a location is very nice. It's close to the beach and there are a lot of nice shops and restaurants nearby. In addition, a transport link is perfect as it's easy to get to the city of Rhodes and the airport as well. As for owners of the hotel, they are absolutely exceptional people, always kind and friendly.
Very close to the airport! Loved how close it was to the beach and the private sun beds and umbrellas! We upgraded are room to a quadruple and was spacious enough and a side view balcony of the sea! Must say the balcony was huge! There was enough choice of food for all inclusive for all meals. Staff friendly and always on hand to help! The bus to Rhodes town €2.50 20mins away!
All staff, super friendly, very helpful. pool doesn't get too busy, apartments are great size and well decorated, cleaners do a superb job. One of the best holidays we've ever had. 15 minutes drive from the airport so taxi is cheap, supermarkets close by, great lunch places nearby, scooter rental down the road and 15 min drive to rhodes town
