The staff was exceptional from the manager to the cleaners. Friendly and accommodating particularly Mr. Sampinas (the manager) Manos the bartender and Gianni's (John) at the reception. I am single female and they made me feel welcome and comfortable. The food was plentiful and had great choice. The entertainment was good particularly the Greek night. The pool was busy but plenty of sun beds and lovely terrace on both sides and the pool bar was good too. I had Seaview room which was great apart from traffic noise. The beach is just cross the road from the hotel though you have to be brave to swim bit choppy. bust stop just outside the hotel too but timing was on Greek time :-)

It was great that the beach was in walking distance same as some restaurants, bars, supermarkets and pharmacy. It was not as crowded as in Rhodes town.
The pavements need urgent improvement though they are in very bad condition and with the very busy road its even more important to have a good pedestrian area.

We stayed at Akti Imperial Deluxe Resort & Spa Dolce by Wyndham.
Great staff - friendly and accommodating.
Place is huge.
We were a group of 13 and in 4 separate rooms all in totally different corners of the accommodation.
Which was kind a good and a bit inconvenient at the same time.
Loved the distances we had to move our bodies to reach others in their rooms - especially after eating way too much and rather overeating.
Boat trips around Rhodos and to Symi are totally recommended. Road trip to South of the island and Lindos also recommended.
Definitely would go back and spend more time in there.

Accommodation "Blue Eyes" is 50 meters from the main road with lots of restaurants, shops, and car/scooter rentals. Taxi from/to the airport is 21€, public bus nr 50 is 3.5€. Rodos City is 12km away, accessible by bus, or any rental (electric bike, scooter, car). Had a favorite music bar with a live rock band "Double Deuce" playing almost every night.

Our area of Ixia was very scruffy with few alternative places to eat and drink as a change from the hotel. I suppose this reflects the fact that all inclusive hotels eliminate traditional small family concerns. It was expensive to get to and from the hotel at €32 to Rhodes Town making the day expensive.
I had a very pleasant stay in this fairly small (less than 50 rooms) hotel. Fantastic sea view (in most rooms), comfortable beds, large balcony, good aircon, nice breakfast, possibility to have lunch and dinner (à la carte), good connection to Rhodes city, very friendly staff. Great thing is you have both: the pool including bar and hotel sunbeds by the beach. If you have a late flight you can stay in the pool and brach area all day and have a shower and changing room available! Clear recommendation to staying there :)
what is great is that this hotel is on the beach (many hotels are across a main road to get to their beach area) with pools, beach bar, snack bar with great gyros range including vegan. Nightly entertainment that caters for a wide range of age and culture so some you like better than others :-)

Being a short bus ride from Rhodes meant you could get round the island to Lindos easily as everything goes to and from Rhodes centre
Everything else was just perfect, nice clean rooms, new towels every day, nicely equipped little kitchenette in the rooms, big enough fridge, clean swimming pool, friendly staff, shops are close, seaside is about 3 minutes walk away, nice high quality restaurant with very good service and food, easy parking.
We had two rooms (family of 7), both were perfect with nice views, big balconies.
I highly recommend the hotel for families or couples,. Pricing is reasonable for what you get for it.
We really enjoyed our stay! The staff are genuinely kind and caring, creating a warm and relaxed atmosphere. The pool area is fantastic, good music, good food - it is like staying at a beach club. Further, to have our own, mini pool at our room was also really wonderful, especially for our 6-year-old son. From here, we were able to easily move around the island, as well as reach the airport in a short time. If we visit Rhodes again, we would happily return to this hotel :)
The staff were extremely nice and helpful, they helped me arrange a cake for my sons birthday, the location is great, it is next to the beach and a few food places, close to Rhodes town a 10min drive which ranges from 9 to 12.50 euros depending on were you get it from, beds were comfy, you have a mini fridge, air con which has three settings, clean and I can't lie the best thing about the hotel was the staff.

the hotel was outstanding. Nicest hotel I have ever stayed at. It had 3 out door pools & a baby pool, a inside pool and a spa with lots of facilities. The rooms were lovely, modern and spacious and had a lovely view of the mountains and water fall (we had forest view) The staff were so helpful and friendly. Hotel is an hour walk from Rhodes town and a 6 min cab journey, buses are also 2 euros into the town. over all we had a amazing holiday.
Hotel is nice. We got a bungalow, so the apartment was very big, everything worked. Personnel was friendly and willing to help at any time. Transport from reception to the room was free of charge. Food was good, for one week variation was enough. Hotel is close to the main city Rhodes, bus stop is 3 min away by foot. On this side of the island, it a surfing paradise, so the sunsets, waves and water color is beautiful.
Location. 10 minutes away from Rhodes Town. Taxis are available all the time and cost us 10 euros. Beach accros the street with free sunbeds and umbrellas. Shops and restaurants nearby.
Rooms. All rooms have balcony with sea views. Room was big enough for couple.
Food. The food could be more diverse but was fresh and warm.
Drinks. Variety of local drinks and cocktails available.
There are multiple good sports bars and restaurants near the hotel, and a supermarket right at the corner. Overall, the location is convenient - Ixia is approximately in the middle between the airport and Rhodes City, so taxis are passing by very often. As well, there are many options to rent a car nearby. The hotel staff is nice and friendly.
The hotel, although is quite big, is very intimate surrounding by a lot of green nature vegetation. 3 great public swimming pools, the beach is lovely and we had a great experience renting jet ski at the surfing club at the beach. The stuff were great and helpful, and we were upgraded to a very nice room.
The apatment was bright, clean, all the sheets and towels were good quality. Air conditioning and wifi was working perfectly. Smooth check in and check out and easy communication with the host. Great location for a stay in Ixia, nice pebbles beach is nearby and Rhodes city is just a short drive away.
24/7 room service, plenty of cozy sitting areas to chill around the hotel, rooms and facilities are top level, staff were very friendly and professional. Other guests were very friendly and polite as well. This hotel upgraded my whole experience of rhodes.
