Gouvia is very well located, you are easily connected to a lot of areas if you have a car or scooter. The hotel yard and the pool area looks amazing, the olive trees are lovely. The rooms were better than expected, very clean, the air conditioning was working well, the wifi too. The ladies came to clean everyday. Smoking is permited on the balcony. All the staff was so nice, they were smiling all the time and they were so helpful. The 2 gentlemen from the bar were amazing persons.

A really pleasant hotel for a relaxing break, and the staff were excellent and very attentive to your needs. The size and space of the pool options were what drew us to this hotel (there seems to be a shortage of this type of hotel which a big multiple pool setup in Corfu), and they were really good - albeit the lagoon pool could do with more regular cleaning from leaves/insects etc.
We chose the preferred club room with a sea view primarily for the large glass fronted balcony with unobstructed view of the bay. This didn't disappoint, and is worth the upgrade if a great balcony is something you want (especially compared to most of the standard rooms where the balconies looked small).
Bar service was excellent all week we were there, minimal queues and good quality drinks.
Gouvia town is only a few minutes walk and is good fun to pop out at night for a change of scene, and when the family hotel entertainment inevitably gets a bit dull.

Breakfast was authentic, with many greek foods. We really enjoyed the atmosphere of the place. Pool was new, well maintained. Although we had a problem with our room, employees took care of it and tried their best to resolve the situation.

Small resort Good location, near Corfu town with easy transportation by bus to hotel from Airport and Corfu town. Beautiful stoney beach with €12 euro charge for 2 beds & umbrella. Good variety of restaurants but in our experience cost has increased for food and drink since last year.

Gouvia itself isn’t great.
Gouvia itself isn’t great. Beach is small, crowded, merky water etc - no where near as good as other beaches on the island. The town has some lovely restaurants, but it’s very very touristy (Brits abroad - a bit like Benidorm).
Has good bus links to Corfu Town and some much nicer beaches and places on the island.

The location of Gouvia is excellent!
The location of Gouvia is excellent! Close enough to Corfu Town, Corfu port and Corfu airport, so very accessible. It has a range of restaurants and cafes around, enough shops and supermarkets and is a 2 minute walk to the main road foing through the island. However, as the beach is not very nice and not well maintained, it is not a place to spend your vacation. We only spent the nights in Gouvia and spent the days exploring the island and for such a vacation I would recommend it. Also, as it gets quite noisy at night, I would not recommend it to families with young kids or older people looking for some restful and peaceful vacation.

It is a comfortable place to stay, close to the beach, close to Corfu city and airport. However you will need to rent a car. Once you have one, it is a great place, since you can easily drive to all other parts of the island.

The village is small, but with nice view to the sea, warm water, beach with stones, good restaurants, not far from the Corfu town. The restaurant in the Palotel hitel was good, the breakfast bar with iced coffe fresh juices, ive cream and waffles was perfect. Te excursions can be bought near, as well as car rent.
Family operated hotel. All family and staff very friendly. Overlooks (at a distance) inlet from sea--very pretty view. Loved the verandah and location where, after a busy day going around the island I could sit and relax with a glass of wine where it was quiet, beautiful, and reasonably cool. This is also where dinner and breakfast were available. Food was good with reasonable number of choices and hotel was accommodating for special desires. Pool and area around it is a very good size and well kept. Parking was on the grounds and safe.
The location is amazing, 10 meters from the beach, 15-20 minutes drive from all the special places. A lot of parking near the hotel.
The room was well decorated, ac and cieling fan, the bed was very comfortable, it was clean and also has a good isolation from noise. In total the room was great.
The staff were very nice and happy, the reception works 24/7.
The restaurant next to the hotel is good and there's a discount for people who stay in the hotel.
There's a covid19 test clinic right behind the hotel.
The location is absolutely superior! Right in a beautiful little town of Greece. The entrance area is very inviting with a full bar and amazing staff that will have you begging to come back again. It is right on the beach so you enjoy every day and night without needing to go anywhere if you just want to relax. If you are looking to venture around on excursions this is also the perfect place right in the middle of Corfu and near the ferry. The staff were so friendly they are like family to us now!
The room was great. Very spacious and clean with a good sized bathroom with a shower that worked well. The AC kept the room nice and cool and the balcony had a lovely view over to the local beach.
The staff were really helpful providing simple instructions for arriving and advice on the local area for beaches. It is easy to find from the nearby main road and bus stop and so is a good location to base yourself in if you don't want to be in the town centre.
Like a sparkle on the Ionian Sea at evening, this little gem in Gouvia stands out.Well appointed units that are just right Having the pool is great and is a real bonus
. Access to city bus system around the corner, large supermarket on the main road ,mini markets and restaurants a plenty. Close to the marina ,and out of the hustle and bustle of corfu Town. Would definitely come back just for the pool after a day at the beach.
Very clean hotel, the pool and sunbed area was spotless and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Good selection at breakfast and within close walking distance to lots of bars, restaurants & local beach. Bus stop on the main road into Corfu town is very close. We stayed here before and after our trip to Albania so that the kids could have a pool and beach close by and yet we still got to experience Corfu town.
Very nice hotel with lovely food which is reasonably priced and the breakfast is excellent with a great array of food. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. To be honest, we wanted to be near to the airport for our flight out and didn't want to pay the prices charged in Corfu town so the hotel did the job for what we wanted even though we wouldn't choose to stay there as a base.
Very friendly staff that went out of their way to make us feel happy and satisfied. The pool was very fun, and the extra pool items like beach balls and floaties made the pool experience more enjoyable.
The breakfast was good but was exactly the same everyday.
Had toys and a little area of kids to play. They also have A smaller kids pool which is very shallow.
Not far from airport, easy for a short visit. All in concept. Free beds at the beach. Not necessary to make a reservation to have a place (it wasn't in high season) . Entertainment in the evening (music Quiz was fun). I think it was a variabel program for every-one some-thing. Sorry we missed karaoke, we had to go home.
We had a nice room.
Location is very good if you have rental car, in 20 minutes you can reach nice beaches at the west side of the island, an Corfu town is close by as well, small supermarket with reasonable prices in 1 minute walking distance
Staff was friendly, rooms were cleaned regularly, bathroom interior was new
Lovely hotel close to Gouvia Marina, reasonable prices, clean with good amenities. The staff are great, we had a loud group in the room next door and we asked reception to help as we couldn’t sleep. The acted immediately and ensured we could enjoy our stay.
The hotel and rooms are very clean and well kept. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The bus stop is close for the ride to Corfu town and the beach only a few minutes walk. The breakfast provided was very good also.
A recent three-star-hotel with a really nice pool-area and comfortable balconys from the room. Close to Gouvia and also good food in the pool-bar. recommend this hotel!
Nice and friendly staff!
Nice and new residence with three villas, sharing a comfortable pool. The accommodation is clean, well taken care of and supplied all you need for a luxury stay.
Everything, the hotel is amazing, the staff is super generous, would definitely go again and it's recommend to anyone who is looking for a great boutique hotel
the location is brilliant, near supermarket Gouvia town and restaurants and bus stops. the views from our balcony were lovely to the sea and mountains.
