The staff was wonderful. Very hospitable - they went beyond what I would've expected from reception or bar staff. They also provided recommendations as requested. I felt they were friends more than staff.

The location was also convenient being on the bus path. I didn't stay out too late, so I was able to catch the bus back most days and nights - very convenient.

Giannoulaki Resort was perfect for our family vacation. The kids loved the pool, and we appreciated the spacious and clean rooms. Loved our stay here!! The rooms are gorgeous and the balcony was great. Breakfast had a great variety and was kept well stocked. I also loved the pool area - it was very chilled and you didn’t have to race people to the sunbeds! There was always space at the pool! The bar is great too. Yes, it is at the top of the hill to town but it’s literally a 10 minute walk and is a small price to pay for the amazing views and being away from the loud music! There is a free shuttle to and from the airport - make sure you use this as taxis are expensive!

A complex of rooms around the centre restaurant and pool- very nicely designed and spotlessly clean. Very attentive and helpful staff and free pick up from the ferry port. A steep 15 minute walk into the centre of town, but it’s good for you if you don’t have mobility problems.

Great if you have an ATV but it's quite a fair bit away from the main town. The roads are also not walkable or safe, especially at night. However, there are bus stops which can help you get around.

Lovely peaceful place just a short bus ride or 20 minute walk to bustle. Everything we needed was attended to with care and attention by Anna the owner. Very comfortable apartment, we don't have a lot of money and cooked a lot in the kitchen .. there's a good supermarket just 50 metres away where there is also the bus stop. There's an inexpensive restaurant very nearby .. it takes two buses, but not much time or cost, to get to Paradise - our favourite beach. The price is very reasonable, and that is not always true on Mykonos. If you want to rent a quad or scooter you can do so next door to the apartments.

Absolutely loved!! Everything we wanted and more! Great location. Easy access to the main tourist places. Gorgeous seafood restaurant just 15 min walk down to the beach. Not far to get into mykonos town.
Wonderful stay! Free shuttle service - no issues with pick up and drop off. Room was wonderful and modern - Air conditioner and wifi worked well. Staff was helpful and friendly. The pool was beautiful - wonderful drinks by the pool (Georgio was AWESOME). The location was great; 25 minute walk to the town, and 20 minute walk to the beach. Free parking! We rented an ATV (highly recommend). WONDERFUL restaurant 2 minutes from the hotel - was the best food we had in Greece - Lounda Pikantiki Gwnia (on google maps).

This is a beautiful hotel. It is exceptionally clean, the room is spacious and well set out. There is a fridge to keep your water and drinks cool, the bed are so comfy and big. Daily cleaning service. Fresh towels every day and clean pool towels to use every day. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is fantastic and fresh. Well located and just a short distance from two of the main hotspots.
Anna was super accommodating and picked us up from the port in Mykonos free of charge! The hotel is very clean and all the staff are extremely friendly. There is a nice pool for laying out and the hotel is next to a grocery store, bus stop, and several restaurants. We walked to two different beaches which took about 30 minutes, and a quick taxi ride to the airport and downtown.
The hygiene of the property was 10/10. The whole hotel facilities was clean from swimming pool to the hotel site. This is my 1st time in mykonos and definitely will stay again.. the whole staff was friendly. Its very quiet and relaxed area as it can host both families and couples.
