The breakfast was great. Upon arrival the TV and bathroom fan were not working and the staff left no stone unturned to replace the fan as well as install a new TV.

The hotel was beautiful, the room was comfortable and modern and was always kept very clean. The location was, in our opinion, the best location of all, not far from fira but not as busy as oia. All the staff from check in, to those who handled our cases to the restaurant staff couldn't do enough for us. A special thank you to Nick who works in the restaurant who was so helpful and who we had lots of chats with throughout our stay. It was the best honeymoon we could have asked for and that was predmoninantly due to the hotel we picked.

Room was clean and comfortable, it felt a little dark as faced shady area from tree, but was straight out to bright, shared terrace, with lovely views.
Quiet location but very convenient to restaurants. It was on a level down a few steps from main pathway so not too many steps up and down .

Firostefani in our opinion is a perfect place to stay in Santorini. Cheaper than Oia, and with views just as good or even better. We stayed in Oia ten years ago, and it was wonderful. But as far as sunsets, nothing beats the sunsets we saw from our balcony in Firostefani. Also, we were walking distance from both Fira and Imerovigli. The same cannot be said about Oia. My wife and I rented an ATV close by and were able to drive around the whole island. An unforgettable experience.

It is wonderful location with quaint local shops and walking distance {15 min} to Fira. the caldera views are amazing. its quieter than fira which we wanted. We ate at Vanilla restaurant which we loved. great friendly staff and very flavorful food. a little church and square just at the entrance making it a wonderful place to just walk and hang out enjoy the atmosphere.

I highly recommend Firostefani for a home base while on Santorini. Close to restaurants and grocery store and only a 10-minute walk to Fira (nightclubs, bars). The hike (9km, moderate difficulty) from Firostefani to Oia was the best hike ever: Breathtaking, natural beauty, incredible views overlooking the caldera.

Around a km or so uphill from the main market of Fira. If you'd like to stay in a calmer, more relaxing place it's Firostefani. Returning back from the town to Firostefani square is 15 euros by taxi, it's an uphill walk so mind it. Plenty of restaurants, shops, cafes. Amazing views and close to The Three Bells.

We stayed in Santorini for 8 days whichw as too long. We did a trip to Crete for only 4 days and should have switched that around as Crete is a much bigger island with more to do.
In Santorini we booked taxis ahead of time for transfers and we ended up catching buses in between which was much cheaper and more fun!
Weather in October was nice but chilly in the evenings.
We had a great time staying in this lovely hotel. Rooms were spacious, modern, and beautiful, and location was very convenient; but what we highlight the most is the kindness and great service from the whole family. They really made our time in Santorini memorable and smooth: they helped us arrange tours, transportation, laundry, gave us great advice for restaurants. They were fast at replying any email or message we sent them via Booking or by calling. We are very thankful and would definitely stay here again if we go back to Santorini.
The staff makes this property exceptional. From our first greeting by Yiannis, it was evident that the goal of all staff members is to make you feel at home. They take great pride every aspect of the property. The breakfast is served on your deck and is homemade with local ingredients. The location and views are spectacular. Santorini can be excessively busy, so being able to retreat to this peaceful location is very much appreciated. It is close to good restaurants and easy access to Fira.
This hotel is located right on the caldera rim in Santorini and the views are spectacular. The hosts were wonderful and welcoming with lots of lovely inclusions including drinks in the mini bar and a local dessert wine. The rooms are very comfortable and include a small sink and refrigerator and a balcony to look at that amazing view. The breakfast included in the rate was amazing with fresh fruits and pastries along with a toastie, small pancakes, boiled egg - I could go on and on.
First and foremost, the staff: friendly, welcoming and available! The location is excellent, with a superb view of the caldera (volcano) and close to several bars and restaurants. The hotel has deals with local car and motorcycle rental companies, which delivers autos at the hotel, as a great convenience. The building is a typical Santorini construction and the room views are wonderful. Breakfast is served in the room and it is BIG! As tasty! We highly recommend this hotel.
super convenient hotel to discover Santorini for an amazing price! you can easily discover Fira, Firostefani & Imerovigli by foot. Bus station for Oia, airport, port... is a 10 minute walk. Nice rooms with balcony. The staff especially was SO lovely!! we got a bunch of useful information in advance about the island, you can arrange a pick up that was less expensive than other taxi's on the island and we felt very taken care of. I'd recommend staying here.
The best is the wonderful treat of Nikos and Eva. They make feel you as a beloved friend. Perfect place for a very good price in expensive santorini, placed in Firostefani 14 min walking to center of fira for take buses for going everywhere in the island, very near the fantastic view with the 3 bells church. The big terrace where to eat with the view to the sea is so nice, u can enjoy the sunrise in the sea from the apartment, just very good
This was one of the best hotels we ever stayed in. The staff were so lovely and gave us homemade chocolates and drink when we checked in. They also talked through all the things to do in Santorini and helped us book an amazing sunset tour. The room was awesome and we had a balcony to watch the sunset. Lots of food options close by. Would definitely stay again when visiting Santorini.
Phenomenal view from the shared balcony. The breakfast was lovely and well conceived. As with anywhere in Santorini, it is a bit of a climb to reach the hotel, but the view makes it absolutely worth it. The bed was super comfortable, we had clean towels every day and there was always hot water to shower with. Would absolutely recommend this hotel.
It was a unique experience staying in a cave apartment. Everything in this apartment is quaint with tasty design. The sunset view on the balcony was exceptional. Kostas the host was extremely helpful and informative. I would recommend this place for everyone who is coming to Santorini. Walking to restaurants and minimarkets was also easy.
