A quiet place for a family vacation. We lived with a sea view on the ground floor. Cleaning every two days, change of towels every day. The room was clean, the air conditioner was working. It's not a big minus that there was no salt and pepper in the kitchen, all the necessary utensils for cooking were there. The staff is friendly and there is always someone in the morning. Once we forgot the key in the room and slammed the door, contacting the staff they immediately helped us open, minus that they only give one key. There is one seafood restaurant nearby, dinner prices for one from 45 euros and above. The beach is 5 minutes walk away, there are sun beds, but they are from the restaurant, you need to buy a cocktail price from 10 euros and you can use it all day. The beach is rocky, it is better to go in sneakers. Within walking distance to the nearest store 20 min. The products in the store were not of the best quality, there were not enough fresh fruits and vegetables. There is a green bus stop next to the hotel, you can get to any part of the island if you are not by car. The nature is very beautiful, but I recommend this place for a few days or if you prefer a very quiet place to relax

Well-located flat with amazing balcony view, walking distance to Barbati beach and other small beaches. Enough space for 6 people and 2 bathrooms. Perfect for a family holiday. They also helped organise a taxi to pick me up at the port and allowed us to check in 5 hours in advance at no extra cost.

Quiet neighbourhood, great view to the sea from the terrace, clean, well designed, all what's needed was in place (equipment in the kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine, air-conditioning, towels, tv with streaming apps useful when it was too hot to go out). Very nice owners. Restaurants and beach quite close. The way from the beach back to the apartment was quite sleepy which is a good exercise and guarantees beautiful views.

Love how Barbati has just the right amount of restaurants, shops and bars. It's not too crowded and not too quiet. Lovely people from all around the world. Not rowdy at all. The views can be spectacular and if you're lucky - you may see an eagle soaring over the distant mountains of Albania at sunset as we did - awe inspiring.
'Coffee Lovers' has the best coffee and the best breakfast with lovely friendly owners.
The beach is well away from the main road and I love the white and beautiful pebbles. The sea is clean and clear for swimming -but watch out for the cheeky fish - they can nip you if you stand still for too long. It doesn't really hurt but it makes you jump.
Barbati is one of my favourite places on the whole of Corfu island so don't drive by - stop and enjoy this lovely spot.

Barbati is a small quiet resort with only a few shops, restaurants, cafes etc. It is the first of the smaller resorts going North from Corfu town after the far busier looking Ipsos and Dassia. It is quite high above the beach which is lovely. We went in April so many facilities were closed. buses to Corfu town and Kassiopi are infrequent and irregular. A taxi is about 50 euros to Corfu Town. The road is narrow, windy and busy so although a car would be ideal you need to be a confident driver. The locals are very friendly and helpful. A few words of Greek is appreciated (Please, thank you etc) but not essential especially for English speakers.

5 minute walk to the beach which is wonderful with restaurant & bar, pebble beach . Very steep hill and the access is through a secured gate.
Not a full length pool but good enough and views to the sea from pool, lounge balcony and bedroom upstairs.
The villa is on 3 levels, Fantastic equipped kitchen and bathrooms are good with plenty of showers.
Beds are rather hard so would benefit from a topper mattress.
Agathi lovely, at the end of the phone and texts regularly. Layout is such that there are two sets of twin beds only suitable for children, below stairs there’s a large studio /gym/table tennis and either or twin beds with two bathrooms with pool view.
Beautifully appointed villa.
Restaurants in walking distance are fab with a small pub with lively music and great service. 2 mini markets and coffee cafe and bakery. Best restaurant is The Starlight plus Cariatides.
Poor restaurant was Lord Byron, tasteless food and poor service.

Great spot on Corfu, one of the best beaches in my opinion. Not much in the actual township compared to some of the other townships but we were there to just be lazy and hang out at the beach. Loved every minute.

Barbati doesn't have a walking promenade. The nearest was in Ypsoss. The bar on the beach offered nice entertainment in the evening.

Located with the sea on one side and the mountain on the other, Barbati has pebble beaches, clear water, nice restaurants. Is not far from the capital and is a very good starting point when you want to move around the island.
The hotel was extremely clean, super comfy bed, lovely breakfast, great pool area and fantastic views. A lot of reviews mention the hill but it's really fine, provided you don't have any mobility issues. Plus the views arw absolutely amazing from the hotel. Barbati town also has lots of fantastic places to eat and a gorgeous beach. The green buses run through the town regularly, so easy to get up to Kassiopi and Nisaki and down to Corfu Town.
This apartment is on the upper level of the house. The location is excellent. The house is in the first row of villas and is just a few steps from a wonderful Barbati beach. The terrace with sea view, accessible from the living room and one of the bedrooms, is great. There is no individual pool (as advertised) but we didn’t mind as the beach is so close. This was our favorite spot on the island. We had an excellent stay and hope to be back!
Nice apartment in private, quiet, green area near beautiful pebble beach. We liked the private parking place, great terrace, very near the beach with bars, pool and tavernas. Super Market and Bakery nearby. Corfu town is around 20 min distance by car. The host was very polite and friendly.
The kitchen is very basic, but we could cook our meals. Loved the kettle and the toaster. Smart TV with Netflix, which is also great for the kids.
I had a really nice stay in the Paradise apartments.
Rooms were value for money, the staff were really friendly and helpful they help me get around as I never been to Corfu before so I needed some info and the most important thing the location of the apartments its really in the middle of Barbati village!!

It was a great chance for us to stay in such a hotel on our first visit to Corfu island. We spent a beautiful week in a spacious, clean and brand new room with a magnificent view, on a large balcony. Our hostess Remonda helped us with everything. We also thank him for his hospitality.
We will never look for another hotel in Corfu Island from now on!
We liked very much this accommodation both because of the location/ view and due to the great services offered by the host.
It is 5 minutes away from the beach, restaurants, a couple supermarkets and a bus station so you don't necessarily need a rented car.
The room was very spacious, with a small balcony and it had a well furnished kitchenette.
Everything was perfect. The room was comfortable with all the necessary and had a wonderful view. Pedro and Alex are very kind people. I found the room ready three hours before check in. The Barbati beach was only 15 min walk, but it worth beacuse the view from our room was amazing. It was quiet and clean place. I totally recommend this place.
The place is lovely! Beautiful house perfectly situated in Corfu, it was very comfortable, cozy and clean. About the hosts- Petros and Dora- they are the best- they are kind, friendly, give us a lots of directions for interesting places and we were more than happy with their hospitality. Location is excellent - you are right on the beach, view from the balcony is amazing, especially at night - you can see the whole bay. Rooms are placed in an olive grove, that give an excellent shade during the day and especially pleasant atmosphere in the evening.

The view was very special and most days we ate there, looking out at the bay with Corfu Town in the distance. The pool was also a bonus with shade and sun depending on what you wanted. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.
-The location was great, close to the beach and some good restaurants. It is necessary to have a car if you plan to explore Corfu but the free car park is useful.
