The very nice host came to the airport to pick me up despite our plane from Athens was almost 4 hours late. A big thank you for that. Breakfast was great, too much to eat it all and served outside in the garden. I had a small room and a twin bed just big enough for me. The guesthouse is located in the centre near shops and a big store and almost opposite the farmacy. Wifi works well. You get enough information about the island at the reception.

A wonderful hotel in a fabulous location. An easy 20 minute walk into Adamas. Nothing was too much trouble at the hotel and the recommendations of where to visit and where to eat were perfect.
The beautiful pool was tranquil and relaxing with super comfy beds.

The rooms plus the views from the room were amazing(straight out of some painting). Had outdoor tub as well. Lived a luxurious stay and had delish breakfast. The staff at the reception(alternate 2girls,2men) are very sweet and professional. Helped with the luggage, itinerary around Milos(with map & booklets), options & food suggestions. We booked our scooter & half day catamaran activity via hotel and had a once in a lifetime experience to cherish. Breakfast lobby is beautiful as well. Hotel has sea views and is at walking distance to Adamantas port(we loved this area to stroll around and have a romantic backdrop for a walk).Before booking I wasn’t sure where to stay in Milos like plaka/pollonia etc but didn’t regret choosing our stay with this hotel. Catamaran covered most areas like ladder beach, different beaches. The hotel helped book this activity last minute for us & the water was calm and perfect to swim that day. We covered other areas around Milos (plaka, sarakiniko) via scooter whereas went to walk around Adamantas port every night as it’s very near to the hotel and a lovely area as well.

The place is lovely, with a very welcoming quiet patio area full of plants. The house we had gave us the privacy we were looking for, with the comfort of having a beautiful bright bedroom, two bathrooms and daily cleaning service. We also enjoyed having the shaded pool area, for lunches away from the midday sun. Breakfast was great, with a lot of options, and they offered us to serve it in our room or outside in the patio. The staff were very helpful and available.

We really liked the location and the property.
We really liked the location and the property. It was very pretty and relaxing! You could walk into town and it was close to numerous amazing beaches. We drove our rental car to the beaches. Also, the pool view is very pretty! The staff were very helpful when we had a problem with our ferry and needed a place to stay for the day! Highly recommend Santa Maria!

The island has excellent beaches. Adamas is ugly and the worst thing is that nobody seems to care about the future of the tourism in the island. The service you are getting, in everything, for the money you are paying is close to zero. Most of the working people in tourism around the island are very rude with an attitude that they are doing you a favor for just being there and that you are obliged to pay very high prices with no quality at all. So many disonest "professionals" with very very low standards. it is a shame for the well advertised island.

A little quiet in Low Season.
A little quiet in Low Season. Transport to explore rest of the Island was difficult to plan at times.
On the whole, restaurants and shops that were open were very good and reasonably priced.
Car hire recommended - especially in Low Season.
Much of Adamas is built on a large, steep hill - it would be difficult for people who have limited mobility. There is however accommodation at more managable heights.

Overall the place was fine, it was clean and close to the sea, restaurants, supermarket and the bus station. I didn't feel like I had anyone to communicate with when I needed something, and when you arrive at a place you don't know, it's very, very important to have someone to ask something, or ask if something is missing. Although they gave me a WhatsApp number to communicate, the only time I needed something they didn't answer. The room itself is comfortable, although decorated with no style (unlike the beautiful courtyard) there were cats walking around in the courtyard which were cute but sat on the chairs and sofas, so I was not so comfortable sitting outside because I'm allergic.
Hotel was just lovely...clean and new..quiet location. Individual and immaculate pool for each unit. All units were spacious and beds so comfy, unusual for Greece. They also have sun bags and pool/beach towels for your personal use. They accommodated every wish and actually provided me with more water than I need in the room. They even have a Nesspreso machine in the room! Lots of hot water for showering and they coordinated my pickup from the port even at 11pm. They have a fabulous team!
The location is excellent. It is about 10 minutes away from the main town center of adamas and walkable distance to the famous O! Hamos restaurant. So technically, one is a short step away from the hustle bustle. The View from the rooms are beautiful. We loved using the swimming pool too. The best part of Olea is the breakfast. That have a brilliant and delicious spread. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place for an amazing holiday in Milos
We booked this hotel keeping in mind that we will only be using it to sleep and it served its purpose. The rooms are small, but they were clean and comfy. The location was also perfect as it's right next to the port in Adamas and so everything was a couple of minutes walk away. We were able to book a car, book for activities, and eat at several different restaurants, all within a 5-min walk.
The staff was also lovely and were strict with COVID regulations.
This place was amazing! The apartment is so nice and clean and very modern. The hosts were wonderful and very helpful. We were greeted by home made sweet bread and a ton of extras. They went above and beyond. They also helped with transportation and helpful tips around Milo’s. It is a short walking distance to the city center to Adamas and there several wonderful restaurants close by. We were very impressed by everything this wonderful place had to offer!
The breakfast here was by far the best hotel provided breakfast i’ve had. There were freshly made jams and an assortment of many foods. The hotels staff and taxi driver were so nice and helpful, they weren’t serving food yet but they made us grilled chicken and it was honestly delicious. The view from our room was amazing and the private pool was great temperature and very clean. The value of this hotel in my opinion was so much more than what we payed.
We had a delicious stay at Semiramis Hotel. The hotel is located in a quiet street of the center of Adamas, and has a wonderful garden in which we take the breakfast under the shade of a wooded patio. The rooms are super clean and tidy, bathroom too. We had a terrasse in the room, very convenient to take some fresh air early in the morning. The staff is very warm, welcoming, and accommodating: we couldn’t ask for more. We highly recommend!
I had the pleasure to stay in this guesthouse for 2 nights with my friend. The staffs Dionisis, Petros and Angelica were so very helpful, and kind - we felt so welcomed. They gave us a nice upgrade on time of arrival. The room was lovely and spacious. The hotel is in an excellent location, just steps away from The Ferry port, stores, restaurants, supermarket, bank and bus stop. I recommend this hotel and will definitely come back!
Absolutely stunning accommodation for a couple or family with 1-2 small children (sleeping on the sofa). Absolute peace and privacy with great view of the port Adamas and the bay. The highest praise deserves the hosts for the perfect service, personal approach and hospitality (including a few surprises) which therefore make this house a unique place that surpasses even the service of 5 star hotels.
Great stay for 4 nights as the our premium suite was brand new. The room came with all necessary amenities and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. Upon arriving we received information on the island, rentals and tours. Hotel located 10-15 mins walk from the port/Adamas. You must take advantage of a massage while there as Sofia is fabulous. excellent stay!
Wonderful accommodation with very helpful and caring hosts, who were kind enough to drive us to the nearest beach on our first day. The hotel is composed of multiple small appartements with their own terrasse, which we really appreciated. The nearby bus stop allowed us to move easily around the island.
Good : very lovely appartement, welcoming staff, 10min from the port of adamas which is perfect to travel in bus and enjoy the restaurants, big and clean room with a table outside with a view of the sunset. There are many cats around the hotel which are so cute and gives cuddles. I recommend !
I just stayed one night at the hotel, but wish I’d stayed longer. The room was charming, clean and comfortable, the hotel is super well located, less than 10 minutes walking from Adamas center and port. And Eleni is the nicest, very welcoming and helpful. Will definitely recommend!

Great location, just a block away from Adamas port, which made it easy to go grab a bus, taxi, or excursion. Anna and her son George were kind. We liked having a whole villa versus a hotel room since we could experience more of a "local" vibe.
The room was comfortable and clean, with A/C and wifi working very well. Breakfast was delicious, with some greek options and Flora was always nice and helpful. Hotel is a 20 minutes walk from Adamas port and city center.
