The reception service was excellent. very efficent, extremely helpful and a lovely persoanlity. Just what you need after a long journey. The room was lovely and I have to say, immaculate. There was nothing at all out of place, needing attention or wiping down: your housekeeping staff do a fabulous job. One downside: the lifts. One was out of service which meant the other two were very busy, minor detail but it was a busy weekend so it was noticed.

We've got a fantastic highrised room with the stunning rooftop view over the city, The room was very spacious, the bed - big and comfortable (ideal - not too hard, not too soft), and the number of pillows was big enough to comfort ourselves.
