Saundersfoot used to live in the shadow of Tenby but that time has passed and we much prefer it. Partly because the beaches are accesible without the climb! Essential if you're lugging children and all your beach stuff. Both Saundersfoot and Glen beach are easy walking distance from the town centre with Coppet's Hall and Wisemans Bridge a further walk down the coast for the more intrepid. The coast is unspoilt and seeing litter is a rarity, the locals and visitors all seem to care for this lovely place.
The shops and restaurants in Saundersfoot are of a good quality and will keep you coming back.

Saundersfoot is a quaint village with plenty to do. There a numerous pubs, restaurants, cafes to cater for all tastes. There are two beaches either side of a working harbour the smaller one dog friendly all year round with two water sports companies to hire paddle boards, canoes etc or bicycles. There are coastal walks with exquisite views and small coves to discover. It is also a handy base for site seeing for example Pembroke castle inside an hour away.

I was actually not on holiday, I had come to look after my Aunt following an operation. However, I did visit Saundersfoot and would say that parking is inadequate for the town/village for the amount of people around, I found it too busy - would only revisit out of season - however, the beaches are lovely and the town has some lovely shops

A great place to visit. Unblemished by high street stores.
A great place to visit. Unblemished by high street stores. Plenty of independent shops to explore as well as pubs and eateries. Good car parking. I particularly liked The Old Chemist Inn. A selection of locally brewed beer and reasonably priced food. All of which can be enjoyed on their terrace looking out over the bay.

Saundersfoot is a lovely place, with lovely beaches, and walks in and around the area. This was our fourth time visiting and its just as nice as it always was, back in 2017.
There are some lovely Public Houses , Restaurants, and Fish and Chip Shops, with a good selection of Shops to visit.
Its located on the Pembrokeshire Coastal Pathway, and if you are fit enough then its a lovely 2-3 hour walk along to Tenby. Myself and my Labrador Connor Boy walked it, once again. The Local people are friendly and welcoming, and I'm sure we will return, again.
Our favourite Public House was The Royal Oak Inn, and Sea Food Restaurant was The Stone Crab, but book early if you wish to eat at either.
The bungalow was clean, cosy, spacious and well equipped with everything we could possibly need! The WiFi was good and the owners, who were very accommodating, had left a folder with useful info about the property and the area which was extremely helpful! Towels were also provided and the beds were comfy. The property was close to shops, restaurants, and Saundersfoot and Tenby beaches were very closeby, Will definitely look to book and stay here again later on this year!
The apartment was so well furnished it felt nicer than most 5 star hotels but with all the privacy and remote feeling of a cottage in the country. The staff were incredibly considerate, friendly, and happy to just chat about anything. It was spectacularly clean with a ridiculous array of amenities including satellite television but being a 3-5 mintue walk from the seafront and drive into Saundersfoot there's also plenty to do in the area.
Lovely stay, staff very welcoming. Room was nice and clean. Security at the hotel was second to none. Easy to find, close to Saundersfoot. Small children’s play area great little touch. Small issue with hot water not working but this was addressed straight away and corrected.
The hotel was clean and tidy. The owner was first class and was constantly attending to our needs. The only down side was that there was no bar. however a short walk down to the Saundersfoot village was fine.
