Staff were really helpful and efficient. Booked a taxi through the hotel to take to airport next day. Nothing was too much trouble. Hotel was lovely, clean and relaxing. Not far from Heathrow Airport. Would definitely book again.

The location is great, near Holland Park . There´s a tube station about 5-7 minutes walking from the hotel but a bus stop just in front of it, literally. Buses can take you places like Notting Hill, Camdem Town and Trafalgar Square and it is more convenient than the tube. There are some nice pubs, small restaurants and cafes on the same road as the hotel.
The room is spaciuos and above average for London´s standards. I was surprice that this hotel had such a low rate in Booking website because actually it is very good .. go without hesitation.

The flat is very hot and unfortunately the windows in the kitchen and bedrooms do not open fully due to positioning of the tap in the kitchen and the blinds fitted in the bedroom. It was just unfortunate that we were there during a mini heatwave.
The bathroom is very spacious and decorated tastefully ,the shower/bath works very well. Kitchen is excellent for a few days of self catering.
Communication with the hosts was also excellent.
We had to return keys to a shop by St Margaret’s station which was fine as we had our car and therefore did not matter that it was not our direction to go home .
Would recommend and stay again .
