Lovely individual rooms with own entrance so if arriving back late you are not disturbing others. The Courtyard is very pretty and lovely.

I couldn’t fault the staff at this venue. I was staying by for work and arrived late after work. They managed to get me a table, without hesitation, for some food even though it was the Saturday before Christmas. They were super attentive, the food was insane and I couldn’t fault the service. They even made me the most perfect breakfast bag to take away.

Quiet, studio but spacious, well equipped kitchen and bathroom facilities. Great fun for anyone interested in hats, clothes and haberdashery. There are a lot of lovely gardens in Newburgh, especially close to Lindores Abbey and the distillery. A pleasant riverside walk too. Easy access to the rest of Fife and to Perth. Falkland (including the palace and a quick dash up the Lomond hills) and Loch Leven Castle well worth the trip (may need pre-booked in summer). We would very happily stay there again.
The family-run Glencarse Hotel is situated in Glencarse, just 6 miles from Perth. It was built in the 17th century and features contemporary styling within its classic, traditional building.

Small room but very comfortable. Very close to busy A90 but minimal traffic noise in the room - no more than at home. Shower and bed were very good after a long day travelling. Hotel food was excellent and good breakfast included in the price. Staff were friendly, helpful and good company. Definitely to be recommended for anyone staying near Perrth or passing as we were.
We needed somewhere to stay last minute and the staff were very flexible in accommodating us on a busy night for them in the bar due to Scotland playing live on tv. They could not have been more helpful and we will definitely stay there again.

This was a little gem of a place. Rooms were spacious clean and comfortable with really comfortable beds. Jamie was a really helpful and considerate host. Lovely peaceful setting but near to shops walks Perth etc.
