Excellent, helpful staff, good location, excellent facilities and comfortable rooms
Pembroke castle was interesting and right in the town.
Pembroke castle was interesting and right in the town. There was also a nice walk around the mill pond. The town had a small high street with a few interesting shops and places to eat/drink.
Most of the car parks were pay and display so you had a have an idea of how long things would take.
In terms of beaches Barafundle Bay was the best but it's half a mile walk from car park and cafe, so no facilities on the beach.
For walkers they it the coastal path and lily ponds.

One of the finest castles in Cymru (albeit with a lot of restoration - if you're after a genuine original ruin other castles are available) and a wonderfully compact fortified town with a collection of decent pubs and places to stay. I hear there are beaches nearby but they're not my thing so can't comment. Ate at the Watermans Arms where it's still possible to get a decent sirloin steak under £20.

Pembroke is a reasonably attractive town, but the natural coastal surroundings are the real eye-catcher. We visited Pembroke castle which has much for the historian. But it's a monument to some very grim history.

We had a 5 day break, which was long enough because it was Winter time, but I would stay longer in late Spring/ Summertime, as great beeches to visit, great coastal walks and the coastal towns are all bustling.

Great hotel management by Norman, we felt very comfortable and welcome. Very good breakfast choices each morning, excellent service.
We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Pembroke. Also, great Sunday lunch!!
Location was perfect - across the road from Pembroke Castle and a couple of minutes walk from the town main street. Good choice of pubs, restaurants, take-aways and food shopping within easy walk, and only 20 minutes from spectacular beaches, clifftop walks, and Tenby. St Davids is a bit further away, but well worth a visit.
The house itself is very pretty, and has a comfortable feel to it.
There was nowhere outside to hang wet clothes, but the tumble drier made up for this.
very kind and helpful employeers when you don't have a clue about the surrounding area.Comfy room and space.Interieur look very antique and fits in the historic town of Pembroke.
Breakfast was good with a variety of extras.
On the way to the hotel i met some very nice Townfolk that gave me some history lesson about the chapels in the area(nice Lady that live in an old victorian house)
Next year i would book again in old kings arms
Everything! For our first visit to Pembrokeshire we travelled over 5 hours, and despite the distance we would not hesitate to book here again. The room was cosy and very clean, and the breakfast served every morning was delicious. The location is superb, not far from Eastwater Fresh beach, and a short drive away from Pembroke. Rebecca and Jeremy were very friendly and very helpful.
The reception and evening restaurant service was excellent as was the bar and restaurant waiter/waitress service. The food was very good. The hotel was clean and we had a quiet room as requested on top floor overlooking the back car park. The room had everything required for a comfortable stay and we had a very pleasant stay. Would recommend it.
The hosts and the rooms here are perfect. Always clean and they really have always gone out of their way to make sure that guest are comfortable. Such a lovely and relaxing garden area too.
Always enjoy my stay here and love finding Rosedene is available for my work stays in Pembroke area
Large spacious 2 bedrooms. Excellent location in the middle of Pembroke steps away from the castle and fun pubs.Entire apartment seemed brand new. Excellent shower. Safe and secure entrance. Easy parking. Well equipped kitchen and washing machine.
Peter was extremely helpful and accommodating. My partner was catching an early train and he served breakfast early. I was in need of a taxi to the Dock and Peter called several taxi services and he indeed found one. A lovely place to stay.
It is a very nice property and the living area are spacious. We had a very comfortable stay. The Pink House is also very close to a big beach - literally a stones throw away, as well as being an ideal location to investigate Pembrokeshire.
Great location right in the centre of Pembroke. It was quiet when we were there - December - but that could be because there was only one other unit being used and they were at a different part of the complex. Shower was good and strong.
Wonderful, impressive house with garden in a quiet location. Excellent breakfast. Many places to see nearby, especially the wild Pembrokeshire coastline und the nice small town of Tenby. The hosts are very friendly and helpful.
The location was great, close to lots of things to see and so and a short drive into Pembroke. The tents were well set up and the marshmallows were a cute touch. The shower was also well set up.
Food good quality and generous portions.
Location was good for exploring S Pembrokeshire.
Pleasant outdoor seating.
Staff were helpful in rectifying small faults in plumbing/electrics.
A wonderful cottage - comfortable, cosy and with everything you could ever need. Perfect base to explore Pembrokeshire, minutes from beaches and everything else the area has to offer.
Good food nice and clean good place to say if you want to visit the local area. Not far from Tenby about 20mins drive .About 5mims walk to the centre of Pembroke. Also free parking.
This is a very well cared for hotel. Everything was spotless and very comfortable with all the details considered. The outside garden is lovely. Fabulous breakfasts on both days!
Lovely location and very close to Pembroke. Also quiet although the hotel was on a through road.
Staff were pleasant and helpful. Great food with generous portions.
