All the facilities were great no faults. The view is spectacular. I got lost driving to the destination so the manager came out to find me in the middle of the night.

The management take good care of their guests, nothing is too difficult for them. There are good places nearby to get breakfast. A beautiful town, I was there when it was sunny so that was a bonus. I came in on the ferry and the house is just a few minutes away.
I had a peaceful.sleep in very comfortable surroundings.

We were actually down because of a sick relative, but as could only visit for short time spent time around the town, some beautiful views, obviously at the seaside, easy to find way around with, we really just ate in the hotel as their food was excellent and very reasonable but from being in town there were plenty places to choose from to eat

Pembroke Dock is a friendly, beautiful Welsh port with many choices for restaurants and accommodation. Had a lovely huge breakfast at the Dolphin. Everything was within a 17 minute walk of the train station. The people were fabulous!

Pleasant town with an interesting history.
Pleasant town with an interesting history. The local people were friendly and helpful. There was a good corner shop very close by with larger supermarkets a short drive away. The local museum (a short walk away) was interesting with some good displays and the town is close by other attractions such as Pembroke Castle, Carew Castle etc and within reasonable driving of St Davids.

I worked on a contract here for six months in winter.
I worked on a contract here for six months in winter. It's a bit windy to say the least but the people around here are great. Freindly, helpful and the accommodation in the Dolphin Hotel was excellent.
The property had very clear check-in instructions, and was located right in the city centre - meaning we skipped having to take a taxi to the hotel (definitely worth considering while booking).
Additionally, on a personal note - I checked in on a day where the weather around Pembroke Dock was a bit dodgy (a storm was forecasted). The owners allowed us to stay an extra 3 hours at the property. 10/10 for hospitality, would recommend to anyone looking for a quaint place to stay around Pembroke Dock at a very attractive price.
We stayed in the “flower room” as my son called it and it was exceptional. Tastefully decorated, spacious with bed for us and single bed for our son plus two massive armchairs! Very clean throughout. I was a bit worried about the shared bathroom but completely unnecessary. There were two bathrooms on our floor so there was never queue and they were spotless. Lovely owners, no hassle, very easy contactless check in and check out. Value for money. The best hotel out of 4 we have stayed in during our week in Wales.
Room was lovely, clean , comfortable and beautifully decorated. Bathroom.was spacious, clean and a lovely space to be in. Breakfast of toast and cereal was included - perfect for kids. Staff were friendly and helpful.. We also had evening meal in the Dolphin hotel and it was excellent as well.
The hotel was set in well kept beautiful grounds so quiet and peaceful really lovely The owner and staff were so friendly and welcoming
nothing to much trouble Breakfast was very good evening menu really acceptable. If your looking for a relation and chilled break this hotel is perfect
We realise that things have to be different with the pandemic resolving but there was no housekeeping. We had to get rid of our own rubbish. The hotel was a little tired with all the down time to be expected. But very tired. Garden was lovely staff were exceptionally nice and helpful.
The room was much bigger than expected (with a separate living area)and the breakfast was very good considering it was delivered to the room (due to covid). Extra milk, towels etc were readily available. Nice not to have to keep asking for things. The grounds were lovely too.
the location is great — the guest house is on the hill with a great view of Pembroke Dock. The owners were very friendly and helpful, the only problem we had with hot water was efficiently and quickly addressed.
View outside is stunning. Young lad who looked after us was excellent, really welcoming and willing to chat. Room was adequate - its not a premier inn but you get that homely looked after feeling
Room was clean, beds were comfy and sheets were clean, shower was decent pressure and warm, staff very polite and helpful, parking was fine and plenty to occupy in the local area of an evening.
I spent half my life travelling. Genuinely one of the best places I've ever stayed. More cosy and homely than a hotel. Super clean. Modern. Owners even did our washing while we were out.
We didn't have any food at hotel as we ate elsewhere. The hotel location was pretty ideal and local to all amenities walking distance to shops. Staff were friendly and polite.
Friendly staff always willing to help. Excellent view from the hotel with of the estuary. Needed to do some work on my laptop and the communal living room was perfect.
The food was fabulous. The best veggie burger I ever had and the best porridge in the morning. So glad I didn’t skip this area as the Coast Trail guide books suggest.
Perfect for our walking trip, very close to the Wales Coast Path. Good facilities nearby. High standard of internal decor and all items required for our stay.
Location is ideal for walking this section of the Wales Coast Path
Apartment is well presented and comfortable.
Highlight is the private covered hot tub
