Great location - the property is on the Main Street in Usk with a large free public car park in the back. It’s a period property that has been done up very nicely to be very modern and fun. The staff were very friendly. We loved the selection of tea, coffee, hot chocolate and even Welshcakes and water in the room. Mini fridge was quiet and whilst not used other than for water, I was pleasantly surprised it was there. The whole property was clean and cosy - I’d decorate my home similarly. Loved the information pack provided in the room. Breakfast was plentiful and the set up was so cute - with personalised name places. The small touches were noticed and appreciated. Should I be in the area, I would definitely stay here again. We were impressed and delighted with the stay.

Staff are friendly and helpful and the restaurant is excellent.

The hotel has a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere as soon as you walk in, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. The leisure facilities are very good, and we had a nice bar meal. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, We'd stay here again.
