Excellent hotel. Staff are very friendly and professional. There's even a complimentary car charging point in the car park!
This is a lovely location. It is less than an hour from the Edinburgh airport. We arrived in Edinburgh & stayed in New Scone to get a head start on the next day's driving to Pitlockery & Balmoral. Worked out great. Scone Palace is 10 minutes away.

The staff were very nice and the restaurant food was delicious. Shame the breakfast let it down as the scrambled eggs were all wet and full of juice not soft and fluffy. Pity about the fridge in the bedroom kept us awake all night. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay.
Good location. Modern rooms and well equipped. Staff on duty positive and aware of issues with room, TV, meal service and door lock security. Staff did make amends by offering a range of one day free breakfast and 2 free drinks each - appreciated and understood not staff on duty issue but an organisational one and one of poor communication by hotel management team.
We liked everything. Hotel, bedrooms, dinner(lots of choices), breakfast was fantastic, entertainment was amazing (and an added bonus). Just great. Would certainly recommend and will be back soon. And it was dog friendly..another bonus. xx

The hotel is so clean and loved the extras in the room such as mini bar and bathrobes .
Didn’t have breakfast as it wasn’t part of the deal. I booked it through bookings dot com . If I’d known breakfast wasn’t included I would have phoned the hotel direct.
Excellent hotel comfortable and clean. The breakfasts and indeed all our meals were excellent. The staff were also exceptional . I would highly recommend this hotel.
