Absolutely awful - to gain access to the place you had to speak to someone over a Ring doorbell and then punch in a code. There was no staff whatsoever. There was broken glass and dirty dishes in the bar area. The room was very average.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

It's a beautiful hotel and the staff in the restaurant were fantastic. We stayed here for a wedding and the staff were so accommodating and friendly. The grounds are beautiful and so is the hotel, I'd highly recommend staying here, very good value for money.

Well located near the beach and good start point for trips to Inverness, Loch Ness etc. Very friendly staff. Nice to have a Pub with dinner option in house, as well to have a drink in the evening. The fish and chips were great. Room was spacious and well equipped. The served breakfast was fresh and delicious.

Liked the beach which was sandy and very clean. The museum was very interesting. Shops were varied. Nairn is easy to get around and there is a lovely cafe vegetarian menu and good cake and coffee.

As we used live in Nairn and still have friends there which means we probably had a different experience to your usual tourist.. Nairn is still a great place with good restaurants and pubs and plenty to do and great to use as a base to travel further afield.

Exceptional place to stay. We had a warm welcome, really great helpful staff. Our room was lovely and spotlessly clean. We has such a fantastic time, and wonderful comfortable bed, very relaxing. Everything was high quality including our breakfast ( lovely bright breakfast room with super views). Easily one of the best (actually, probably the best!) Place we ever stayed. We have visited Inverness three times now, but this was our first stay in Nairn. The beach is very welcoming with plenty of space to walk, run, play and enjoy the views; this is the kind of beach I would visit and walk along every day if I lived there. Located close nearby are various historical places to visit (Cawdor Castle, Culloden, Clava Cairns) and Inverness is not far away. Not being much of a "city person" I love to wake up to views and fresh air -- and Nairn offers places like the Invernairne Hotel that enable you to do that and still visit so much nearby.

Lovely seaside town near Loch Ness.
Lovely seaside town near Loch Ness. The beach was lovely to stroll along, as was the canal. Lots of restaurants dotted around town. An amazing ice cream shop located in park near the beach is worth seeking out. The architecture of some areas was stunning old Edwardian homes, really enjoyed wandering around the streets looking at them.
The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. My room was very comfortable, providing a cosy and restful environment. The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions. I also appreciated the convenience of onsite parking. Overall, a wonderful experience—I would definitely stay here again!"
Great location, lovely hotel, great staff, very welcoming and a breakfast that rivals The Gleneagles Hotel, brilliant stay and I will be back there next time I am in Nairn. Thanks for a lovely week.
