The eventual room that was allocated was more modern and appealing. Reception staff on my arrival were very pleasant and helpful.

Keys were collected from the Hotel reception where we were met by one of the Managers and a warming local welcome drink. It was lovely being able to have your own based and room to socialise with the family, whilst still being able to use all the hotel amenities. The grounds are beautiful.
