The check in/check out process was easy, parking is at the retail park next to the hotel, there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets near by. Our room was very clean and enough space for family of 3 with 1 dog. Friendly hotel staff.

My mum was born in Carfin, and we visited relatives there quite frequently - mostly passed on now. My wife and I were on our way to a holiday in the highlands so we decided to break our journey in Motherwell.
I was last there about fifty years ago, so everywhere was very different! Was nice being back...

Staff were doing a job, sometimes reluctantly i found. I know the problem with recruiting staff at the moment and retaining them but really someone should be overseeing their interaction with the public, nevr mind initial training.

It was a one night stop off to break a long journey. TBH it was about what I expected for the money paid. The plus was the resturaunt the food was suprisingly good & saved having to hunt around for something to eat in an unknown area in a wet night. As a budget stay, pretty good.

Lovely hotel for a stop over, we traveled from Wigan and arrived at hotel late so night porter booked s in, they were expecting us so book in was fast and easy just what you want after a long trip. room was lovely and comfortable only tiny little negative could have had done with more milk for night/morning brew.
We had 4 rooms booked at the hotel for a charity walk in Strathclyde Country Park . My colleagues and I were working over the weekend. Check-in was great. We had a very helpful and friendly receptionist. Our rooms were clean with lots of space. Good wifi reception, too. We ate in the restaurant. The food was lovely. The crumble was an absolute treat! Excellent breakfast, and for those of us who to leave before the 7.30 start, we were offered a packed lunch to go. Luckily for us, the cold buffet and hot breakfast were ready for us to have 7am.
Great value, in a very accessible location within the Strathclyde Country Park. Lovely walk around the lake just in front of the hotel. Rooms were very spacious, even when we had a travel cot set up in the room which was kindly provided and already set up for us when we arrived. Tunnocks Caramel bars in the tea stand was a nice addition!
Anything we needed throughout our stay was happily accommodated by the hotel which we really appreciated. We had a meal one evening in the Glasshouse Restaurant which was lovely.
A bit outside of Glasgow, almost 20 min drive from city center. But it's a good place to stay if you have a car and want a relaxing night before heading into Glasgow city center. The Carvery offers traditional meat roast and veggies which I must recommend anyone new to UK to try at least once. The breakfast was good and friendly staff helped us to call up a taxi in the early hours of the morning. Rooms were clean, secured and spacious with heater and running hot water.
Clean room and hotel it self. Staff very friendly including the cleaners (always said good morning even though they were busy cleaning) WiFi free of charge and it actually worked really well comparing to all the different hotels we visited in Scotland were you had to pay for it. Great location easy access to the city, 15mins drive to Glasgow, lovely outdoor park just few minutes walking distance. Good food at the hotel restaurant, lots of parking spaces free of charge.
The apartment is well equipped with everything you would need. Unexpected little items such as washing up liquid, bubble bath, shower gel etc to name a few were a lovely touch. The towel art swans with the biscuits and chocolates were amazing. Will definitely consider using again when we come to Scotland for our annual family trips. We arrived into Scotland earlier than check in time and was able to gain access early too. Brilliant!
Very modern decor, excellent light and furnishings. Pleasently surprised to find a fridge/freezer and small oven/grill in the kitchen area. Shower was fantastic, excellent pressure. Bed was large (super king?) and very comfy. Was not bothered by noise at all despite proximity to busy road into Motherwell. Good location and ample parking. I felt safe and secure staying here.
Room clean and comfortable. Carvery fabulous, Breakfast very good - all as expected as we are regular visitors.
Staff helpful and pleasant. Price very reasonable which is why this is our hotel of choice when visiting either Glasgow or Edinburgh on business.
Welcoming staff. Just an easy short walk from the railway station. Modern, clean and spacious rooms. Very good bar/restaurant within the hotel serving delicious freshly-cooked meals at good prices. Booking half-board provides even better value.
The staff were lovely and the hotel is very central to Motherwells shops and pubs! The bed was very comfy. And the breakfast was great consider we were late ( sorry about that ) the girl serving the breakfast was very helpful as was the chef!
I was totally impressed with this hotel. The place was very grand with a great bar and restaurant area. The whole hotel is very well presented and the rooms are of a very high standard and staff very polite... Plus great EV Charging point.
The breakfast is much better than any of the big named hotels in the area, the staff are really pleasant and attentive, drinks prices are reasonable and in line with the local prices.
Nothing.
This address, 4 Jerviston Court, is NOT an address where rooms are let. When did you last review this?
This address is in a rundown area of Motherwell.
The staff were friendly, polite and very helpful. The hotel and restaurant were excellent if I ever travel to Scotland in that area I would book there again
