We liked the location it was central to all our needs, it was very dog friendly which was a must as we have a small Yorkshire terrier. We loved the food and the staff were very pleasant and helpful, we found the hotel spotlessly clean and our room had a lovely view of the Menai straight. We had a fantastic stay at the hotel and will certainly return.
In the pretty village of Menai Bridge, the 200-year-old Anglesey Arms is rich in original charm and traditional character, with en suite rooms, tasty home-cooked food and real ales.

The location was excellent and ideal for sightseeing on Anglesey and in North Wales. One side of the hotel has sea views, which are lovely. The staff were friendly and the food was very good on the whole. We were kept well supplied with drinks and biscuits for the tea tray and the bathroom was well supplied with toiletries.

The accommodation was close to both bridges which meant easy access in all directions. We really enjoyed exploring the island of Anglesey and also lots of places on the mainland. We really enjoyed our holiday. We found lots of lovely places to eat, some inland and others practically on the beach. We had a great time, wished we could have stayed longer.

We absolutely loved staying here.
We absolutely loved staying here. The hosts were lovely, the breakfast was fresh and very generous portions. They made our children feel really welcome. A great atmosphere.
We would definitely stay here again.
My favourite thing about Maen Hir would probably be the location. The stars were really clear and it was a great dark sky site. There were owls flying around at night. Absolutely beautiful.

North Wales has plenty to offer and we stayed in Menai for the one night following a 250 mile motorcycle trip up to and around North Wales and Anglesey. There's a nice vibe about the whole town and the connections in and out look well kept.
Superb photo opportunities down under the bridge too!
We enjoyed our stay at the Victoria very much, excellent location and hotel, very comfortable, clean and friendly with very attentive and polite staff. have recommended it to friends and we will be booking again.
Excellent breakfast with the full Welsh breakfast on offer and consumed. Well located on the edge of Menai Bridge with none of the parking problems in town. Great location if you have your own transport.
Very comfortable and well equipped room. Clear communication and instructions for check in and check out. In the centre of Menai Bridge, so close to parking, places to eat, etc.
