Cath & Mac were super helpful - nothing was any trouble. Everything ran to clockwork, meals were bang on time booked but still felt super relaxed. My fave Arran Aromatics body wash in the bathroom - although I could have been doing with body lotion (minor point). Location is gorgeous - deers sheltering below a tree outside my bedroom window - a beautiful wander along the water edge just 5 mins from house. Food excellent - the bread & butter putting with homemade marmalade ice cream was out of this world! I was staying alone as on the island for work, and will definitely book next time I'm over.

Good food in the restaurant. A table for eight away from other diners in a semi private spot. Decent hotel value too.

Lochranza is beautiful and pristine - much like all of Arran however you experience more of a wilderness vibe than you do at the larger settlements such as Brodick or Whiting Bay.
There is plenty to see and do in Lochranza, with wildlife galore! We managed to spot some otters!
The scenery is just breathtaking.

Beautiful North Arran!
Beautiful North Arran! do yourself a favour and walk here from another part of the island; opt for either coastal or hill walks to get there. You'll be rewarded with beautiful scenery all the way, including waterfalls. Be patient, and you'll also be rewarded with amazing wildlife; seals, deer & stag, a range of birds, and if you're very patient......sea otters!
Location was excellent in terms of north Lochranza Ferry although far from Brodick Ferry. The connectivity with public transport can be a challenge if the Bus service is missed or running late or any guest makes the mistake of not planning the travel timings as it is remotely far up north from East or West Coast. Spectacular sights of the Glens & Valleys and Lochs and of course amazingly close to the Castle
owner was lovely lady and came to meet us after arrival to explain that you have to order food in advance if you want an evening meal, which at the time was disappointing no bar area or drinks area.nice breakfast room and breakfast and service was very good plenty choice of tea and coffee in room, lovely view
The location was stunning. Driving to Lochranza was amazing. The greeting from the hosts was genuinely warm and friendly. Our room was beautifully decorated and had a homely feel. The bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was perfectly cooked and presented.😀
The location is beautiful, the rooms very tastefully decorated and extremely clean.
Dinner menu had been sent to us prior to arrival and was excellent, locally sourced produce and plentiful
The owners were friendly and provided good local information
The hostel is situated in spectacular scenery.
Short walking distance to Sandwich Station (highly recommended) and Lochranza Country Inn (highly recommended).
Beautiful scenery & near to Lochranza Castle.
Situation is great & good bus services.
It was set in the most beautiful location standing alone from the main village in Lochranza. Despite being set apart it was a short walk to get around . The decor was very tasteful and luxurious, perfect to relax after a long cycle ..!!!!
Lovely b&b, well located a short distance from the Lochranza ferry port. Friendly couple , lovely spacious room & fantastic breakfast . Sheep
Roaming around & we could see a stag out of
Our bedroom window!
Fantastic hosts, very welcoming, and home cooking was wonderful. Rural location but easy walking to distillery and sights of Lochranza. Highly recommend for a short break to Arran.
Location was stunning.
The hotel has been taken on by the local community so although my scoring was low it’s what I expected. Keep going boys and girls
Garden at front with tables, plenty parking and close to Lochranza Ferry port. Excellent Sandwich Shop close by for a bacon roll and coffee in the morning.
