The location was good for travelling to different places and plenty parking onsite. The down side was the view of the water was obscured by the overgrown bushes and wasn’t expecting to strip the bed on departure.

We stayed here because of the proximity to many great hikes in the area, which are many. It was wonderfully located. Ullapool is close by for services, food, drink, and the ferry. We saw deer grazing in the morning outside our window and birds were plentiful near the feeder. Such a calm and relaxing spot!

It is convenient for Ullapool and a great base for walking whether serious mountain challenges or coastal walks. Lots to see in the area and worth travelling further along the coast north and south to Lochinver and Gairloch. Ullapool recommend the Seafood Shack.

The views are fantastic the owners helpful and caring. Our lodge was very clean, nicely furnished, comfy sofa and bed, new en suite bathroom. Although fairly close to the main road, sounds were not invasive and we both had excellent sleeps

The location, living in the outer Hebrides and travelling to Ullapool , the chalets are a short distance from the ferry this made it an ideal location to travel to Inverness and around the Black Isle. There are a number of unique shops in Ullapool and lovely small cafes. It is less than an hour to most tourist hotspot villages and towns such as Inverness, Dingwall, Beauly and Muir of Ord to name but a few.
