Everything was absolutely lovely staff were so lovely

It was lovely, plenty of room and rooms were very nice much better than expected for the price. They were really helpful at breakfast when I was in a rush. Was pleasantly surprised.
The Mumbles Carlton Hotel overlooks Swansea Bay in the centre of Mumbles Village. Many rooms have sea views. The hotel has been recently been refurbished, and all rooms have an en suite bathroom.

Hotel was very clean, staff were excellent, couldn’t do enough for us and very friendly too. Breakfast was superb, highly recommended. fantastic location with seaview from our room over the bay.

There were just too many emails....more than 20 before we arrived. I was also unsure who I was renting this from, with 3 different organisations involved, and more than one website. It all needs to be streamlined.....one email.
