The Customer Service by Nicola (Hotel), Louise and Jason was exceptional. They couldn't do enought for us and helped with First Aid and helping us search and contact a mechanic to replace a tyre.
All the staff were welcoming and made our stay very memorable.

Very old lovely building and relaxing feel around hotel. You could have Full English, Off the menu and Continental Breakfast if yiuv wished . Amy on reception was extremrky polite snd hrlpful snd nothing was too much trouble.

There were just too many emails....more than 20 before we arrived. I was also unsure who I was renting this from, with 3 different organisations involved, and more than one website. It all needs to be streamlined.....one email.
