Unfortunately, we arrived with the flu and had to cancel our pre-booked dinner at the resident restaurant. However, the staff at Newhall Mains were incredibly understanding and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They prepared a delicious onion soup for us to enjoy in our rooms, along with a comforting Hot Toddy to help us feel better. Their thoughtfulness and care made a significant difference in our overall experience.
We are already looking forward to returning to Newhall Mains in the future. It is a place that truly exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable and enjoyable stay.

The host was very amicable and helpful. During the booking process I saw no indication that the single room was with a shared bathroom but luckily it was arranged that I didn’t have to share due to my long stay. And being greeted by the lovely dog whenever I came „home“ was the best!
