Everything. The manse itself is all you’d expect it to be and more besides. Beautifully well-presented and tastefully (and thoughtfully) appointed - and in a lovely setting that perfectly suits the building itself.

It has a large free car park, free toilets at the car park with the information office and bus station next door. Very interesting free entry to the castle gaol and Mary, Queen of Scots house. It has a ruined Abbey. The town is compact and has lots of cafes and interesting little shops including a chocolate shop. It is a great place to stop on the A98 on the way to and from Edinburgh.

Jedburgh is a lovely town and we visited the Thistle & Tweed shop on the High Street which we cannot recommend highly enough.
There is also a lovely little florist and the young lady who helped us with a bouquet and also arranged some irises for us to leave at our Dad's grave was so helpful.

Lovely little market town where we normally just break our journey up to Aberdeen. It was nice to spend a little bit longer even though it's now the 'off season'. Lovely surroundings - it would seem there's a lot to do around there in Spring/Summer. Also some nice restaurants - especially Bella Sicily.

Lovely apartment, felt more like a cottage.
Lovely apartment, felt more like a cottage.
Everyone in Jedburgh were friendly and helpful.
Plenty of shops, gift shops, bars and restaurants and places of interest, also near to other places to visit ie. Kelso, Hawick and a bit further Edinburgh.
All car parks in Jedburgh are free which is a huge bonus.
The river walk is very relaxing.
This property was perfect. After 10 days of traveling around Scotland I stayed here for one night and wished I could’ve stayed more. I had the Castle room. Absolutely stunning room, impeccably, clean, super accommodating hosts, perfect location to town while still being secluded. Excellent food, lovely dining area, lots of little amenities. Easy offstreet parking.
The apartment is very well equipped with everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. There were caring touches such as milk in the fridge on arrival and a packet of shortbread which made you feel welcome. The location of the apartment is great for exploring Jedburgh (everything is walkable) and there is lot's to do in the area.
The position of the accommodation was ideal, just a short walk into town. The room was very large and it was nice to have a bath and a small kitchenet. The breakfast was without doubt the best we had on our 2 week tour of the UK. If in this area would stay again. Jedburgh is a very interesting place and well worth a look.
The location was perfect, five minutes walk to centre. Clean, well equipped comfortable and host left a good supply of bread, milk, biscuits, cereal etc. The accomodation is spotless and the bed is very comfortable . No table to dine on but trays are provided. Excellent base to explore a beautiful and interesting area.
The house is beautiful, in a lovely isolated location but sufficiently close to Jedburgh for food. The room was very comfortable and the shower very good. Breakfast was served in the most wonderful room with an open fire which Sheila lit despite there being only two of us there.
All in all a very good experience
The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The meal we had in the restaurant on our first night was really good and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The hotel was in a good position in Jedburgh and it was easy to park outside.

Margaret was very, very helpful and very welcoming. We enjoyed our chat and used her knowledge of the area. Nothing was a bother for her.
Breakfast was wonderful, best B and B breakfast we have had.
House was warm and cozy on cold night.
The breakfast was excellent, good choice, with homemade marmalade. The house is a short walk from the town centre of Jedburgh making dining out easy and walkable. Use of super covered outdoor area available for own carry-out food.
Beautiful location, quiet, peaceful manor house. Only 2 rooms for guests in a separate wing of the house. Breakfast room also lovely with sitting area and views of the pond and adjoining farm fields.
It's a great location. I was there for one night for work. Super friendly host, all very straightforward. It did exactly what I wanted, and unlike a chain hotel, with a bit of charm and character.
We love old pubs/hotels like this. Great location on the green. We're able to park right in front of the building so could even see the car from out room. Food freshly cooked was excellent.
Charming hosts! Full English breakfast! Location was in the heart of town and nearby to the Jedburgh Abbey. Ideal for a weekend getaway. We were sorry to have to miss the upcoming festival.
We both loved the fact that it was so clean and well kept in such a beautiful area. The owner was nice when they handed us the keys and showed us round the property.
