From the moment we arrived everything was beautiful. Lovely cottage, super comfortable beds, able to cook our own dinner, generous bathroom. Lovely basket of goodies - all delicious. The grounds are beautiful and the farm shop next door just delightful. Had one of the best berry smoothies ever!

The breakfast and dinner available at the Green Lady Restaurant in the hotel was beautiful, food was exceptional. The whole hotel had a very relaxed and quiet atmosphere which was perfect for us who love to wind down when we go away. The spa facilities were nice and never overly busy. The location and setting of the hotel has a very classy feel, beautiful view of gardens at front from most of the rooms too.

A warm welcome awaits you at the Redgarth. The owner, Mr Stuart, goes that extra mile to make you feel at home.
No complaints about the room. It was big and well appointed. We had a beautiful view over the Bennachie hills.
The Redgarth is also a pub frequented by the locals and the food is very good and most ingredients are locally sourced. The fish and chips they serve was excellent.
Breakfast is continental style with fresh fruit, yoghurt, ham, cheese and bread and some pastries.
Special mention for the very helpful staff.
In 350 acres of mature woodland and peaceful rolling parkland, this beautiful country house hotel has its very own private golf course, free Wi-Fi and charming, elegant, individually decorated rooms.

Breakfast was lovely and it was nice to be served as opposed to a buffet style.

We stayed in Inverurie as we were attending a wedding close by in Old Meldrum. Inverurie is a small place with one main road which pretty much has everything you need on it. The Market Square was busy on the Saturday with various stalls selling various items. We just ate in Hotel where we were staying.

It is a very pretty town.
It is a very pretty town. They have a market once a fortnight, which sadly I missed. There are many beautiful walks around the town and along the river, with lots of birds, wild flowers and trees to see. It has a good array of shops, and a fantastic deli- the Kilted Frog.

A beautiful wee town.
A beautiful wee town. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and pleasant. We unfortunately went to Brewdog for a meal which was really really bad, bad food, shoddy service, overpriced, place has delusions of competence.

Inverurie high street is a traditional high street, lots of independent shops, lots of variety, big enough to spend an afternoon walking round all the shops. Browsed in sinclairs jewellery shop, bought from craigdon mountain sports- very friendly informative and nothing too much trouble for these folk ! Recommended for hiking gear and hubby presents !
We also walked up a splendid wee hill with amazing views called tap o north, a jaunt of about half and hour away by car, well worth the effort.
For eats, we chose the ashvale, and the food didn’t disappoint.

My sister lives nearby and I have been coming here for over 30 years. Its a lovely place and inb recent time it has expanded a lot. It not the place to come for fancy night life. You would come here for great scenery and a base to travel to local places of interest.
It has a Morrisons and a few other big ticket stores as well.

Good centre for visiting that area - stately homes, castles, scenery, coast, archaeology, history, cycling, walking, golf etc.
Reasonable restaurants, and pubs but poorly served by accommodation which is limited.
Not much to see in the town itself.
Good location just a short walk from the centre of Inverurie. The one member of staff we saw during our stay was so nice and helpful poor girl seemed to be covering every possible job in the hotel
Easy to check in, friendly staff and where the hotel was is handy to where I have to go.
Comfy beds and a nice warm room with flat screen tv with sky.
Plenty coffee and tea among the fascilities.
