The description on bookings.com was for half board which meant bed, breakfast and evening meal but the hotel said it only included bed and breakfast and charged us extra for the evening meal so the description on bookings.com website do not accord with the hotel
Beautiful hotel and fab facilities, the pool area and jacuzzi were great and not over crowded, very clean. Rooms spacious. They very kindly left a plate with 3 cakes on with a happy birthday in chocolate which I felt was a very nice touch. We also managed to get a booking in the spa at shirt notice so that was a bonus.
The staff in the hotel and restaurant are very friendly and approachable. Dinner and breakfast was amazing, we had duck fajitas and a tuna steak which was very delicious and great value for money. The decor throughout the hotel and country club is lovely and modern and has a relaxed atmosphere overall.
Hotel was lovely, we had the Superior room with jacuzzi bath which was great. Beds comfortable and room just brilliant. Really enjoyed a dinner in the plumpy duck where the staff were friendly and accommodating, nothing was a bother to them
Lovely hotel and spa facilities. Rooms were modern and spacious. Staff were lovely and breakfast was great! Partner is gluten free and the server was able to advise us what items were GF and the hotel had GF bread which was a huge bonus!
Lovely cosy feel to the hotel . Rooms were superb , big very clean and stylish. Gorgeous bathroom and we had a lovely view over the mountains. Real fires gave the hotel a lovely welcome as we arrived on a snowy winters night .
The new spa sauna and pool facilities was the best unlike the rest. Staff is attentive and lovely, clean as a whistle, great location to escape city like and easily commutable (within reason). I'll be back again for certain.
Warm friendly hotel. Family room was a great size! Restaurant and food were great and we enjoyed using the leisure facilities which are opened until 10pm! (8pm for children) which I think is a bonus!
