Lynne & Jonathan were great hosts. Lynne was able to accommodate a change and we stayed at their property in Hillsborough which was a great location. And the young lady who served us breakfast was fabulous and the food was great.

Arthur Street Guest Cottage No16, hotel in Hillsborough

Set in Hillsborough, 21 km from The Belfast Empire Music Hall and 22 km from The Waterfront Hall, Arthur Street Guest Cottage No16 offers accommodation with free WiFi in a historic building.

A very high quality property with high quality fixtures and fittings. The presentation is immaculate and the personal touches on arrival surpassed anything we've had anywhere before. It was an absolute delight from the moment we entered the door of the cottage, discovering the numerous welcome 'gifts' and the pleasant ambience. Our only regret was that we only stayed one night... next time it will be more!

Homestead Hillsborough Guest Rooms, hotel in Hillsborough

Set in Hillsborough in the Down County region and The Belfast Empire Music Hall reachable within 23 km, Homestead Hillsborough Guest Rooms offers accommodation with free WiFi, a children's playground,...

The location was excellent for us due to having our furbaby with this, so it was not rowdy as he can be reactive to noise. The place was spotless, and the bed was so comfortable even though it was 2 singles put together. We arrived late, and the owner dropped by with a fresh pint of milk. This was very thoughtful and appreciated.

Our room was inviting and extremely comfortable-- there were 3 of us!! The common rooms were lovely and the breakfast had a variety of offerings. Hillsborough is located in a beautiful area, which i would have liked to explore more. We were in the area for a wedding at a beautiful estate nearby and had a car. Be prepared for very narrow country roads once you get off the highway!! Hillsborough was a terrific respite.

Royal Hillsborough is an upmarket and attractive place to visit. There is a park with a lake and the royal accommodation and park to visit. There are many cafes, 14 we were advised plus 3 excellent pubs. People are very friendly, everyone says hello.

I am a male single parent of a special needs girl aged 32yrs who needs 24/7 supervision and care. We booked and stayed at the homestead for 4 days. I never ever saw such a clean, comfortable, new look, well equipped and tranquil lodgings as this ever before. On arrival we were upgraded to a lovely self contained appartment free. We were also offered unsuppassalble cooking/kitchen facilities which afforded us the ability to produce needed healthy food easily. The staff here were totally helpful to us yet obtrusive to us offering great privacy. There was lift access for us within the building and we were given assistance beyond the normal assistance with kindness. Our stay was so enjoyable that my daughter called the homestead her new home and was disappointed when it came to the time for us to leave to go home. We found the homestead to be easy accessable from the motorway and to our planned destinations. We would surely love to come to stay at the homestead again.

Hillsborough is a beautiful place with lots of charming places to eat or simply have drink. There is plenty to see and do like Royal Hillsborough Castle or a walk around the beautiful lake. It is very close to Belfast which gives lots of scope for sightseeing.

The most beautiful of Georgian villages.

The most beautiful of Georgian villages. The castle visit and tour is an absolute must. Lots of good places to eat and shops for almost anything you’d want. A really lovely place to visit. Spotless streets. Beautiful flowers everywhere. Park with a large lake makes a great walk.

This house is amazing! From the minute you arrive you are transported back in time. From the aga in the kitchen to the old style bathroom the whole house has you looking in every corner. The goodies left in the kitchen were much appreciated. Lorna is a excellent host. The house is situated in the heart of the Hillsborough, everything on your doorstep. A visit to the castle is a must. The grounds alone are magnificent😊 No33 Coach House is a must & we will return.

No.33 Coach House is a wonderful and fun place to stay. Lorna has filled it with a vast collection of antiques, so it is like going back in time 80 years. The AGA range in the kitchen provides warmth to the kitchen and works great for drying clothes on the rack above it. And around the corner is the magnificent Hillsborough Castle, which should not be missed. Hillsborough is in a very central location to see many of the sights of Northern Ireland.

Drum Manor is better then any hotel we have ever stayed in! The hosts are so friendly and their home and surrounding areas are beautiful. Our room was warm and very comfortable. We were given robes for after our showers and their was a hairdryer in the room, that actually dries her hair! (Girls, you know!) We will definitely be staying again the next time we're in Belfast!

Loved the quiet surroundings. Perfect pastoral countryside! We had everything we needed and then some!! Our host was wonderful! Loved the skylights....the weather was perfect, so we had the skylights open and enjoyed the fresh air. We got a tour of the coming improvements which will make things even nicer. Will stay here again when in Hillsborough!

Lorna was a lovely host very welcoming and nice to talk to. The house is very nice and the African theme is different. Lovely spacious bedroom and en-suite, nice breakfast in the morning. Just on the outskirts of Hillsborough down a quiet country lane it was ideal for us as it was just 10 minutes from the Balmoral show.

Beautiful cottage in tranquil location. Had got a recommendation to stay here by a colleague. Didn’t know what to expect as we had never been in Hillsborough before. The cottage was a perfect base to explore the area. The cottage was spacious and spotless. All the extras left by Chris and Pauline were much appreciated.
